"TOO NOISY and BAD SERVICE"
On a crossroads with traffic lights and a hill. From 4am the buses are what you hear and its like sleeping in the street - picture on the site is a corner room and minet! Expensive yet they cant pay for good Windows. Cheap wood floors so you hear your neighbours walking.
I've been a Marriott Rewards member for over 20 years. Their acquisition of the AC hotels has been good for extending choices in Spain. We booked here for 2 nights and my only request was high floor. We were put on the top floor but in the worst room on that floor. We were in the room that was furthest from the lifts, had no balcony and overlooked the recycling bins to the north-east side of the building meaning virtually sunshine. The hotel is modern, clean and business like. Good position within walking distance of loads of good restaurants, however, the allocation of our room made me feel unwelcome. In the AC Hotel in Malaga we were upgraded to a suite. This room was one of only two on the floor without a balcony and the hotel was virtually empty. We are called "Elite Members" with a "Welcome Back!" on our key card carriers but I felt far from welcome and we certainly were not treated as Elite members.

In the middle of everything. Excellent breakfast. Not so far from the harbor. Excellent restaurants and shops. Just a 15 minute trip by bus to the beach. Walking distance to the Cathedral. Souvenir shops are everywhere.
In a good location close to restaurants and the marina. Small and modern hotel, well appointed rooms and friendly service. Good value. Due to its size couldn't offer facilities such as executive and business lounge etc
