"Nice hotel but poor service in the restaurants"
This hotel is beautiful on the outside and inside. Couldn't have been happier with my pure hotel stay however beyond that it is an issue. They are understaffed and all of the restaurants with very poor service for food and drink. If you stay here you have limited eating options near the hotel.
"Shocking queue to check in"
Waited 30 minutes to get to front of queue to be told desk closed and told to join another queue. First impressions are important and this is dire for a 4 or 5 star hotel. Only 3 desks are open, premium customers queue jumping, you should be able to better than this
"Striking contemporary hotel with good staff "
This is an attractive modern, good hotel with striking architecture. The staff were professional, pleasant and helpful. Our guest room was relatively small but comfortable with an outstanding view. It had a very nice tiled bathroom and everywhere was very clean. The hotel was conveniently located near to the airport and close to the metro to get into town. The prices for food and room service etc were expensive but it's Denmark so is to be expected and not out of the norm. The housekeeping staff did not always adequately replenish tea and coffee so often we had to call down to the front desk to explain the situation. Also while there was a range of herbal and fruit teas (which we don't drink), we were informed that the whole hotel had run out of normal/regular tea (English breakfast). This was not ideal for us and should not happen within such a large, high quality hotel which caters for many foreign guests. Also there is an optional considerable extra fee charged for using the pool which I feel should be included in the price of a room. I understand an additional cost for using special spa facilities but not just for using the pool.
"Wonderful Copenhagen Hotel to combine Business and Play"
Spent a week at the AC Bella Hotel attending a conference at the attached convention center. Couldn't have asked for a better location as there is a walkway from the hotel to the center. After meetings the train station was half a block away and it took you right into town for the evening. There is a beautiful gold course across from the hotel, however I didn't have an opportunity to play, planning a trip back to Copenhagen to play that gold course.
"Good if you need to stay there"
This hotel is not in the main part of the city , it is about 15 minutes away by taxi , which always seems to cost about 140 DKK The staff at the hotel is very nice , especially Marc at the front desk who helped me while I tried to track down some missing luggage. Rooms are a little small and could probably use a little refresh. Only item at hotel that I still do not understand is the bathroom soap. It was the size and shape of a golf ball wrapped in 20 layers of plastic
