AC Cuzco is located on Paseo de la Castellana, near Plaza de Cuzco and the business and financial center of Madrid, few minutes away from the Santiago Bernabeu stadium, the Congress palace, the Metro station and the bus stop at Plaza Castilla.
I stayed here for a overnight business trip and I was very pleased. It was a stylish hotel, rooms very clean and comfortable and I enjoyed my stay. The front desk was very helpful and checkin/out was very easy. It is also in a great location. I can recommend AC Cuzco and book with confidence.
"Great location, expected quality"
I try to stay at this hotel when in business in Madrid. It has great location (not too far away, not in the center) and I have always good experience. Great room/bed quality. Bathroom doesnt have a tub but I almost never use it anyway. I like the bar downstairs, you can have a drink and nice tapas.
"Great Hotel, excellent Location"
We stayed here for three nights in a rear facing room on the 11th floor .The room was spotlessly clean, with a large comfortable double bed, seating area, desk mini bar and plenty of storage. The large bathroom was bright, spotlessly clean and with an excellent shower over the bath.Check in was quick and the staff efficient. There is a bar area for pre -dinner drinks, however we chose to eat in one of the many Restaurants close to the hotel. There is a buffet breakfast available for 22 Euros each but again we chose to eat out.The hotel is situated in the business section of Madrid, however,we found this not to be a problem as access to the Metro is practically on the doorstep. A 10 journey pass can be purchased for just over 12 Euros, making travel around the city easy. The Bernabeu Stadium is a 20 minutes walk away. The only disappointing aspect of our stay was the fact that there are no tea/coffee facilities in the standard room, and only free Wi-Fi in the lobby area. These are very minor points which would not deter us from staying again.
I went last week to this hotel for 2 nights. My room was large enough but it was very noisy: I listened all the Tv programme of the room next to the mine and also when his host went to the bathroom :-/ The beakfast was so great, I really loved it, but I didn't apreciate that the wifi in the room was to be paid (it is free only in the commune area close to the reception): it is not so good for a "4 stars" hotel. Moreover I didn't find the personal at the desk so professional (I had to explain 2 times that the breakfast service was included because paid in advance from my Institution, also showing the proper document) and they didn't replayed also to my email, sent 2 days before my arrival, asking for info regarding the connection from the airport...
Very average hotel, very average, rather basic rooms. If you happen to "win" a low floor room the huge traffic jam will be your ears' company for all your stay, at every time of the day/evening. Not very welcoming staff, average food at breakfast. Quite disappointing for me.
