"Excellent Friendly Staff"
The room was clean, nice size, staff was a pleasure to work with. Marcos was very helpful during my stay. I was under the weather the first couple days upon my arrival and Marcos was very attentive to me as a guest. The whole staff was a pleasure to work with.
"Concrete cage next to 24h busy and loud highway!"
Appalling location. Entry through barbed wire fence and parking, view on highway. Shabby Lobby decor. Desperate, disoriented and uninterested staff. Weird location of elevators which gets you to boxed rooms. Hallway and rooms seems as if they were used by millions. Totally waisted and used. Mattress laid on light construction with a feel that it will crawl any moment you move. WORST part is any lack of soundproof where you here door bumps all night, having that they cater to very specific guest profiles, and every single move, cough, laugh, talk etc. in rooms and bathrooms next door. Impossible to sleep and rest. Location could suite Feria, but getting to the city, strolling through industrial concrete plenty surrounding just destroys and wish to get back ever. Highway next door and loudness of it makes whole experience even more impossible to deliver REST, everyone crave for, when staying in any hotel.
"Modern Hotel with Basic Amenities"
Booked this hotel for a short stay in Madrid. About a 20 minute walk to the Metro, it is convenient for accessing the airport and city center. The hotel has a modern aesthetic. Room was clean but seemed a bit small. Bathroom was nice (sink is glass and the basin depth is a little deceiving). Hotel provides a bar and restaurant. I enjoyed the breakfast in the morning with a nice selection of pastries, cheese, and meats. Nice hotel for business needs and if looking for an affordable and comfortable night's rest.
"Business hotel well suited for the surrounding area"
I stayed at AC Hotel Madrid Feria while in Spain on business, it was very convenient to walk to the office in the morning. The rooms were fine, clean, modern and had all mod cons. The staff were friendly and happy to assist. The restaurant served good heart food and breakfast also had good variety ...I was very impressed that the milk selection included lactose free - well done! I want to give a special note to the bar tenders - you made some fabulous gin and tonics and I was extremely impressed with the range of gin on hand. The hotel is not close to the city centre however it is within walking distance to the metro and from there you can get to wherever you need or alternatively catch a taxi.. It is close to the airport so is you have an early morning flight it is convenient.
Around 20 mts from airport. Stayed just for a night. Friendly staff. 10 to 15 mts drive to many indian restaurants. Pls arrange taxi from hotel and they would be there quick as we could not find taxis outside, probably becz it was 10 pm. Book a taxi from hotel if you are going to airport early morning and the taxi will be waiting for you.
