AC Milano is located in the financial center of Milan, just steps away from the Garibaldi station, the Teatro Alla Scala, the Cimitero Monumental and Corso Como, the street of design in Milan.

"A good place to lay your head"
This hotel was either new or newly refurbished. Modern feel. Friendly helpful staff. Location was a bit far from city center but should not be a deal breaker. Very reasonable rate. My big problem was the wifi. I was here on business and the wifi was slow and I kept getting kicked off. For me that is a huge issue as it is almost like not having a clean room - it is a basic need.
"Back to my hometown"
Being in my birthplace after many years and staying in a hotel was a special experience for me. I a happy that I chose this hotel because it's located by an area named had aulenti which is going through a major rebirth. Let's not forget the corso Como 10 and the restaurants with open air seating also on corso Como. The hotel itself is very standard with well sized bathrooms and nice lighting . The building itself is tall for European standards and the higher rooms have a decent view of the area. The service was basic but efficient with a few people that stood out like the waiter in the restaurant and Carlos the bell boy who was very friendly and good looking .. I couldn't give it an extra star just because the concierge though efficient lacked in friendliness and could have made us feel more welcome. Nevertheless I will definitely come back here on my next trip to the area.
"Rating is for a front desk employee!"
This hotel is on the 'approved' list for business travel at our company in this area of Milan. So, not much choice there. It's clean, modern and with wood floors (vs carpeting). Bed is decently comfortable, WIFI is free and they have 24-hour room service with decent food. The hotel is located a stone's throw from the Garibaldi train station. So, overall, your average business hotel. But, what really made my stay memorable was the young man at the front desk. To make a very long story short, I found myself stranded due to flight cancellations and this lovely man extended my check out time, without me having to ask, to ensure I could relax and shower before the next leg of a hectic trip. It's people like him that make customers want to return to any establishment.
"Nice and convenient "
Great location. Subway station one block away. Easy to get to San Siro Stadium as well as Galleria. Very pleasant and helpful desk staff. Only disappointment was no coffee machine in room. As a gold elite member I also expected a larger room.
