Hotel AC Sevilla Torneo is a newly built hotel located in the SE-30, near the new Torneo business park, easily accessible from any entrance to the city.
The hotel is new and modern, 10 min by car from the city centre or 15 min by bus ( 5 min walking). The room was very clean and comfortable. The wifi was free but the signal not so good. The staff was very helpful and immediate, they gave us map and explain everything about city.there is free parking around of the hotel.the neighbourhood was not so good.
"It was fantastic!!"
The visit was fantastic, the room was very clean and useful. The staff was very helpful, they also helped with additional information, they gave me everything I needed to spend a wonderful time there. I recommend this hotel to go on holiday or working days in Seville.
Clean rooms, friendly staff. Our daughter became ill during the night, and the staff was very helpful. They also helped with additional information on public transport, and places to visit. The breakfast however is very average, and didn't vary over the 5 days we stayed in the hotel.
Basic room. ok hotel. The water in the shower is connected to the shower in the adjoining room...not fun. 12euros for an ordinary breakfast. Because the hotel is located close to an hospital..it is noisy. No alarm clock.
"Decent but nothing great"
Had a 3 night stay here. There are 3 different AC hotels around so make sure you are headed to the right one. Check in was quick. No upgrades or anything of the like as a Marriott platinum (and rooms were available since we were offered an upgrade for an upcharge). No breakfast either for Platinums. There was supposed to be a welcome amenity but we asked for our room to be changed since we were given a king and had asked for 2 doubles. Never got the amenity after 3 nights. The location is pretty good if you have a car as its not too far from the central attractions. There is parking within the hotel for 9EUR but there is also tons of street parking for free. The room itself is fine. Average size. Decent bed. plugs for charging. Decent wifi. Note that the bathroom is separated from the room via glass so if you are traveling with friends.....awkward! Otherwise the room is fine. Note that you cannot control the room temperature during the winter (you can heat it but you cant cool it so god forbid if its a slightly warm day as its going to be rather uncomfortable.....) There are no perks at all to having any status while staying here. No breakfast but they oddly enough put out croissants and coffee/tea after 12 pm everyday. At first they told me its a platinum benefit (which is rubbish) since its actually for everyone at the hotel. The croissants were actually very tasty and there is a nespresso machine that makes some decent coffee. There is also a grocery store across the street (forget the name but it has a blue and yellow logo) where you can get fresh breakfast pastries for about 50c. There is also a little restaurant a short walk away where you can get a local breakfast of ham bread and tomatoes with coffee for a few bucks. Breakfast at the hotel is about 8 EUR. Overall it was an ok stay. Would I be back' If the price was right then yes...in this instance the rates were sub 50 EUR/night which was a pretty good price.
