"Best stay ever!!"
We stayed here for two nights and 3 days. from the start of our stay the service was number one!! every employee is trained to greet you by your name. which creates a great customer experience. every employee is on the look out for how they can serve you better. I was walking in the spa with my yogurt and someone approached me and asked if they can bring me a spoon for my yogurt. At the beach there was a little girl with a blow up tube the nice pool/ beach guy asked if he can blow it up for her.... its amazing the service you get here. Each and every staff member deserves a shout out here all the way to the house car driver. the only criticism i would say is the front desk women who checked us in had a attitude. she said our card was declined and when i called the company to find out why they said she doesn't know what she is doing they see her trying to put through the card but its on her end that its messing up. So we had to put it on a secondary card because she couldn't figure it out and she was getting frustrated with us because of it. Our room was gorgeous, it included bath salts and the slippers where changed every day! When you need something the employees RUN to get it for you!! Awesome place to stay great location and worth every penny!!
"One of the BEST hotels in the WORLD"
My family and I have been coming to this resort for 8 years. The level of luxury and attention to detail is outstanding to say the least. The staff turnover is rare so the staff welcome's you by came and with hugs when we go two times a year. We are sometimes left special presents by cetain members of the staff to show their appreciation. Last year when we won the Stanley Cup the security team knew I was excited about it and made us all personalized luggage tags for our departure! Two beach attendands left me a huge fresh fruit bowl in my room with the Penn State logo on it as they knew I was excited about our season. Christof is the General Manager and quite possibly the best in the world. We witnessed the company BBQ this Summer for his staff and families and it was wonderful to see he treat's his staff as well as the guests get treated. The spa is also excellent and I get treatment's each time I visit. The beach is beautiful and a short walk from hotel if you have elderly parents and 4 pools! We love the adult poor for peace and quiet. The house car driver has also need there for a few years and we are ALWAYS sure to tip him as he is a wonderful person and goes out of his way to take care of us. One time he even surprised me with bug spray when I was shopping and he knew I needed it. Words can not express the level of luxury and customer service that is Acqualina.

Very best hotel in miami,russian district,good food,brakfast,vine,but nj cheap.I LIKE THIS hotel,good wi fi,very beautiful rooms with sea view and terrace,open pool and the beach,spa is excellent-very recommend
Best luxury hotel in MIAMI a very particular concept. Charme atmosphere & close to very cool places. Just 20 minutes from Bal Harbor The place to be seen The resto is very very good make reservations in advance
"Home away from home..."
We just finished another week at the Acqualina. Last night as we were packing, we received the perfect parting gift. Sara Gonzalez, the friendliest, warmest, hardest working woman in the pool area, created a beautiful personalized plaque for my family. It commemorated all the vacations my family has spent at the hotel. It was beautiful and very emotional, because my kids have literally grown up at your resort. Everything is as fabulous as ever at the Acqualina, be it the gorgeous newly updated suite, best housekeeping (with a special shoutout to Simon) awesome food and drinks, the list keeps on going. We were very sad to leave but can't wait to return "home" soon. Christof the manager continues to maintain the hotel's 5 star level of excellence. Thanks for another wonderful stay!
