"Nice and comfortable hotel in good location "
We stayed a week at the Adina and found it quite perfect; everything we wanted to do was in convenient reach on foot and though the weather was rather bad we didn't use public transportation but walked. The apartment is bright and quiet and spacious enough, housekeeping was good and as it's an apartment hotel we were happy to have the choice of to well equipped supermarkets and bakeries a few meters away. The bed was comfortable and so was the bathroom. I would have appreciated a few more utensils in the kitchenette, but that is my only complaint. I recommend the Adina and will gladly return when in Hamburg.
"Excellent location and lovely pool!"
Upgraded from a studio to a room with balcony on arrival. Pool with sauna and whirlpool is open until 11pm every day. Amazing location - close to everything in the city. Brilliant facilities in the room - oven, dishwasher, plates etc.
"2 bedroom apartment - great "
We booked the two bed apartment for our family break. We were able to catch the S Bahn (train) from the airport and were pleased with how central the hotel was. Everything - i.e. Harbour or city centre was circa a 10 minute walk away. The hotel is also close to two supermarkets and a lovely bakery (perfect for breakfast and lunch) and is very close to any number of restaurants situated on the way into town. The hotel staff were very friendly and willing to suggest places to go. Breakfast in the hotel was a good selection of continental as well as bacon, sausage and eggs. The family loved the pool and jacuzzi, as well as the gym area. The rooms were very spacious. Only plea might be for a wider selection of TV channels. There was not much in English with the exception of the business channels and news channels.
Booked for 3 people...had to share a double bed and a ridiculously small camp bed! Wouldn't use again. When I booked this was never stated. Also when I complained nothing was done regarding this. Do not stay
"Perfect accomodation - Very poor restaurant"
This has to be one of Hamburg's best stay, if you dine out. The restaurant is a bad experience, so dont dine in... - Dine out, and you'll have the time of your life. Restaurant's to expensive, and unprofessionally. Ordered an Asian Wok wit beef, and a chicken burger. Got an ordinary burger and Wok with no beef. Had to inform the staff my self and the waitor said "sorry" rather unimpressed. Was'nt offered a discount or free softdrinks or anything else. Paid 20€ for the wok, and the vegetables was straght out from a frozen vegetables bag. I would have give the stay top caracters if it wasnt for the restaurant. Very poor breakfast too...
