"Great Place to stay with great food"
We loved this hotel. The room was spacious, the bed was super comfortable, the service was great, and we loved the quiet location. The dinners were fantastic, especially the homemade spinach fettuccine with mushrooms.
"A quiet relaxing hotel"
Located ½ hour to the West of Bariloche on the Peninsula San Pedro this is a very pleasant small hotel. Beware that it is not east to find! A detailed local map would have helped. Staff were all very pleasant, room was nice with a stunning view overlooking Brazo Campanario, an inlet off the main lake, with mountains behind. Food was excellent. This was our first stop prior to a drive up the seven lakes to San Martin de los Andes and was memorable.
We loved this hotel, it was utterly charming! Beautiful setting, really comfortable rooms, private balcony, and general air of calm and tasteful comfort. The staff were very helpful and friendly, we could have stayed a lot longer! Only downside the pool is too hot! Not at all refreshing...go and swim in the lake...we didn't know you could until too late!
"Good price and quality"
Very quaint boutique hotel in Bariloche. Love the fact that is small and very cozy. The breakfast was great. The staff was really pleasant. We had dinner twice there and loved it!!!! Only advice is when booking lake view rooms. The only way to get a lake view is if you get the 2 rooms in the top as others is the trees have grown so much that it will obstruct it in lower rooms. So when booking, clarify which room you are getting before paying extra fees.they were very responsive and accomodated us but needs to be clarified in the room descriptions
"Stunning beginning to Argentina Trip"
After a long day of flying and transfers, the Aldebaran was the perfect way to begin our trip to Argentina. It was quiet and relaxing; sweeping views of mountainous and picturesque landscapes. We felt as if we had the hotel to ourselves. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating providing us with excellent recommendations for dinner, sights, and hiking. While there are some that think the neighboring towns along the seven lakes route offer more, Bariloche was our favorite due in part to the Aldebraran.
