"Excellent, excellent, excellent"
Location of the hotel is convenient and within walking distance to downtown Mitre street for local tourist shopping. The rooms are very clean, linens are fresh and beds are very comfortable. The dining experience was excellent, the free breakfast buffet (included a wide variety of food) was a great way to start the day and the evening gourmet dining was a great way to end the day. The desserts were decadent. The staff was very friendly and catered to you every need. Last but not least the SPA was the best! My husband and I enjoyed an 80 minute massage which was totally relaxing after long days of hiking! There is not a better place to stay while visiting Bariloche. You will really enjoy the experience.
They gave us a classic room with a lake view We could get some respite from the heat with a fan and open window. Nice view, great massage and facial, bar food mediocre and didn't try the restaurant as we ate out early and they open at 8. Room clean and not the most comfortable bed innerspring. Breakfast standard so if you are gluten free take it with you. Could be better.
"Highly recommend this hotel"
We stayed here with our tour group Gate 1. What a beautiful place. The view from our room, lobby, restaurant made us felt that we were sitting in a balcony on a cruise. Wow! The only complaint for us was the wait time for food. The hotel should know that there was a group check in that late evening. They were so slow in getting the food cooked for us. No matter you were in the restaurant or the bar upstairs. Waited for almost an hour for a sandwich. We were all so hungry. The following night we all went to other restaurants nearby. Other than this everything was great. Wifi was great too.
"Very good hotel"
Very good hotel, great service, beautiful and clean rooms. The view was amazing. Location is very good. Staff was friendly. We recommend this hotel. We will definitely return to this hotel and recommend it to family and friends.
For me, this is a 3 stars plus hotel. Gladly we stayed only one night there. So let me explan. Pros: - Terrific view - they gave us an upgrade (we booked standard and received a superior) - free parking - baby cot was for free - Segolene working at the front desk was very supportive. Great employee Cons: - hotel not maintained well for a 4 star - drawer handles were missing on 2 out of 3 drawers - underneath the feet of table and chairs all dusty - breakfast is like in those cheaper business hotels. You will need to pay extra for a Capucchino that doesn't deserved its name - materials in room used rather on the cheap side Don't go there for more than one or two days if you like the luxury of 5 or 4*s places. Take breakfast outside of the hotel. The hotel has a huge potential but someone would need to unleash it for us to come back.
