Housed in mid-eighteenth and early nineteenth-century Ottoman residences that blend with the city's Hellenistic, Roman, Byzantine and Seljuk architecture, Alp Paşa Boutique Hotel boasts a historical charm ideal for honeymooners, holiday-makers and business travellers.
Guests can browse an extensive menu of Turkish, French and international dishes and fine wines under the stone-vaulted ceiling of the exclusive Mahsen Restaurant. Tasty snacks and refreshing drinks are also served at the pool restaurant and bar in the summer months. The Lounge complete with original fireplace is the perfect place to indulge in an exotic cocktail to the soothing piano music.
Alp Paşa Boutique Hotel offers a window to the past thanks to the earlier ruins and historic artefacts found during renovations. These unique pieces are showcased at the mini museum in the hotel garden and at the renowned Antalya Museum.
Nestled in the Kaleiçi, or Old Town, just 100 metres away from Hadrian's Gate, Alp Paşa Boutique Hotel is within easy access of the ancient harbour, the Antalya Cultural Centre and other hotspots. Guests are less than one kilometre away from the Antalya City Museum, a 5-minute walk from Mermeli Beach and 10 kilometres away from Antalya International Airport.
Having booked one of the Villas for my family, I was absolutely disappointed that there was no hot water, and that the running water smelled of sewerage. The Villa has no WiFi, and no telephone to the main reception. You have to walk in the streets of the city to get to the reception. After speaking to the reception on duty, I was told to run the water for 15 minutes more, and this was after 11pm with two kids who should have been asleep. Mere tried to help, and confirmed that the water filled the entire Villa with the smell of sewerage. I asked to be moved to the main hotel so that we could retire to bed, and we were given the two smallest rooms in the hotel. The room was no larger than 4mx1.5m and was extremely disappointing after having paid so much for a villa. In the morning, one of the kids closed the room door which locked behind him. Reception tried once and said that he cannot open as the door is locked from behind. Imagine if you need medical art and cannot help yourself. After 10 minutes I was quite irritated with the reception staff, and told him to try again. Miraculously, the door opened now. I would not recommend this hotel as there are nicer hotels in the old city. All you get is a sorry...I guess, I'm the one who is sorry for paying money for this place!
Last month I was in Turkey and stayed in this hotel for a week. Cosy rooms, awsome service, good food, incredible view and very very nice en helpful people. I had a great time. Very mediterrenean vibe. Totally recommended!
"An oriental experience! "
If you want to make your Antalya experience a little bit more oriental, this is the place you should stay! The hotel is an old konak(old Ottoman style building) and all the rooms are designed based on that oriental Ottoman style with a touch of modern interior design. P.S.Even if the weather was cold the heating worked perfectly!
"Excellent start to our first trip to Antayla"
Every thing about his hotel was excellent. From the moment you walk into reception to booking out. An experience to be repeated. We only stayed over night but we are already planning our next trip into this interesting city and will be staying at the Alp Pasa.
"Loved it! "
An amazing hotel! Lovely staff, loved the neighbourhood. Stayed there with my husband a few days back, fell in LOVE with the ambience of the hotel. Best part was that everything was close by, including a couple of cute cafes. Loved walking around kaleici during our stay. Breakfast was good too!
