"Great hospitality, great atmosphere and great food!"
This hotel is located at the end of the road close to the national park and in a gorgeous beach. The area is really quiet, great if you are looking for relax. A shuttle bus to the busy ao nang is also available for a small fee. Room was big and with all the amenities, confy bed and very nice terrace from where can enjoy the view. Management was always present and ready to chat with us, and the staff always smiling. The hotel have 2 restaurant but we hated only at the Italian who serve classic italian food and some revisited dish, the chef is Italian and the quality is at at the top level. The beach is very beautiful with a tide game during the day, cristal water and during rhe morning the possibility to rent a private boat to visit Hong island and the surrounding. Overall we really enjoy our stay, thanks for your warm hospitality!!!
"Beautiful setting, great drinks, great beach"
We really loved this place for a "retreat" from busy life. Great drinks, decent food - easy to get to town yet secluded. We'll come back ! We had booked an expensive room, private villa, but it faces the pool with little privacy .. so .. i don't recommend that for romantic couples. We were treated really nicely and offered a room in the spa building (spa suite) which turned out perfect .. no noise no disturbance, and got even refunded the difference. Definitely a good place - serene, nice.
"A Great Resort on our Favorite Beach in the World"
This was our second visit to Tup Kaek beach. We chose the Amari Vouge due to having lunch at the property on our last visit. We were skeptical that it was not going to live up to our expectations because we loved the last property we stayed at. We were not disappointed. Pros: This property is situated on our favorite beach in the world! The staff made a difference, they were accommodating, pleasant and attentive, thank you. We especially appreciated our bellman Daag (I hope I remembered his name correctly). This is the last property on Tup Kaek beach so not a lot of people walking by from other resorts. Although we couldn’t have a late check-out, we were very pleased that the staff let us store our bags with the bellmen so we could enjoy the beach until the late afternoon and then they allowed us to have a room to shower and prepare for our flight. This was better than a late check-out. Property seemed to be well maintained. Other restaurants along the beach so this provides a nice variety. Grand Deluxe Jacuzzi room was spacious and we loved out outdoor Jacuzzi on the porch with a view to the beach. Appreciated the service call button on the chairs. Once you pressed the call button a waiter would appear promptly and take your order for food or a drink. Spa facilities were lovely. Gift shop was above average, we purchased quite a few things at what we felt was a good price. Cons: Pools are nice but the seating inside the pools (tiled lounge in the water) is rough and looks better than it feels. Beach and pool lounge chairs were a little old and tired, need to be upgraded. Not many chairs on the beach so you have to get there early. The kayak and stand-up paddle board were not complimentary, the charge was 200 Bhat per hour. Would have liked our towels replaced more regularly but the fact that were not was not a problem for us. Overall: We felt this was an excellent property due to 3 reasons, the Beach is Amazing, the property was enjoyable, but the staff made a big impression on us and we appreciated their attentiveness and overall excellent service. We would recommend this property.
"Great experience, could use some upkeep"
This resort is average, but its in a quite and secluded location if you're looking to disconnect. There is only one restaurant which is actually pretty small and there is no real pool. There are multiple small pools on location. Our first night there, there was a free happy hour and a very intimate gathering where we got to meet other guests which was great. Our room was a bungalow type so I really enjoyed that theme. Unfortunately our room had ants, which I informed guest services about but I am not sure if they took measures to fix that while we were out during the day but I was never approached for a compensation personally. Another downside was that shuttles into the local town was 100 baht per person, I think this service should be free. Especially when you're pretty far from the town.
"A relaxing stay!!"
Loved our three nights and two day stay at Amari, Krabi. From the start to the end our stay was smooth, luxurious and relaxing. The attention to detail in every every aspect of service is what makes this property extremely special- the staff is courteous, prompt and friendly. Rooms are spacious, clean, super hygienic with every possible amenity one could expect from a hotel of this standard. The managing team at Amari Vogue, Patrice and Romain (apologies if the names are misspelt) are amazing, its great to see them walk around and interact with every guest at the resort just to ensure they are enjoying their stay. Loved the personalised service and attention at the property. The resort is beautiful with a great pool and a private beach. Not to forget their great spa adds to the luxury. Its a perfect pick if you are looking to unwind and relax after a hectic schedule and get away from hustle bustle of a city. The location of the resort makes it even easier to just sit back and relax. All busy areas- Krabi Town and Ao Nang are approximately 20 minutes drive from the resort.
