"Nice and cosy, but expensive for the service on offer"
Great little wooded hideaway with a lovely cottage styled resort. The staff is very polite, very accommodating and helpful and the bar and facilities are lovely to sit around.A neat little day can be easily consumed , simply exploring the resort itself.Food is good, with beautiful shaded restaurants to have it in. Stunning model of a khmer temple on one side, that looks quite eerie and a bit sinister at night Drawbacks - No wi fi in rooms, .its is a very big drawback in some ways Expensive , in my opinion. Complaint - No food or room service after 10pm, which resulted in us going without dinner on our arrival, as most flights come in late and we had no way of knowing a hotel , expensively priced as it is, wouldn't be able to provide even a sandwich after 10. The booking does not give any options for children, which is I believe not fair as it forces you to either book a full person in lieu of a child under 12 , or not book anything and adjust for the child. This is probably something for Trip Advisor/Agoda/Bookings also to look into as there is no option in either of them for children in this establishments site.Overall , good but not great
This morning we attended the hotel for a cookery lesson. On arrival we were made to feel really welcome. The chef & a couple of other staff first took us to the local market where we were taught about local produce and how to use it. We then went back to the hotel where we were given a lovely iced tea (beautufully presented). We were helped to make 3 dishes (we opted for the vegetarian) & did this with clear instructions in a lovely clean kitchen set up. The chef & his helpers were very patient. Once finished we were taken to the beautiful restaurant where our food was brought out to us beautifully presented. It tasted lovely (even if I do say so myself). We were given a very nice recipe booklet to take home so that we can reproduce our meal and others. Before we left both the general manager & events organiser came & introduced themselves & checked we were happy with the lesson. We certainly were and would happily recommend it.
"6 days in Siem Reap"
The stuff of the hotel and if the restaurant were very kind and helpful.I feel familiar even I was doing my tour as a single. The food was tasty and has a lot of Khmer varieties, delicious. With the new guest relation manager it will be more easy to organize tours in and around Siem Reap!

Around 10 mins to town via Tuk Tuk The rooms were very clean and everything in that that you would require for the stay . Massage was great in the hotel
