Eszter helped me with a problem regarding of parking.
Front desck lady called ESZTER was an angel and helped me a lot with a small problem i've got a day before. She took her time and was very kind . She deserve a rise ! I don't know how can i thank her....

Spa is great
The hotel is good , Workers are so nice . Especially Ms . Sercan is so kind and helpfull and smiling. Breakfast is also great. But there is bad smells on coridors and on stairs.
Dont stay here
Bad experience, bad service . I do not recommend it
