Stayed in a classic room which was large, with plenty of space! Asked for high floor by e mail before and was so pleased to het given floor 39 , the highest they have, and apparently VIP rooms! On arrival found a dried fruit left on the unit, so called housekeeping to clean - not ideal but dealt with quickly. Had a mishap when bathroom draw fell out injuring my wife's leg a little. Also, first night had an 'alarm type noise ' going off in the night for some hours. reported this to reception who did not seem too interested, but as soon as our lifestyle manager Sandra got hold of it she put it right asap, although they did not seem to know what the noise was - we suspect it was from a store room next to our room. Sandra was great and offered us a free meal in the Mediteraaneo restaurant. Then as a lovely surprise, when we were getting a cab to the airport, she had arranged a chauffeured Bentley to take us ! Made us smile. Security is good at the hotel, with almost your every move looked at. Access to the Mall is useful. The aircon is quite noisy in the room which was a surprise Generally, this is a top quality, super , and individual hotel, at the level you might expect of Armani in the Bury Kalifa. Very graceful, and efficient. The location is superb, and dinner and breakfast is over looking the fountain which is immense and very private. Very expensive but worth it in our view.
My first stay in this Hotel and can honestly say there wasn't a single element I could possibly critique. My stay was genuinely flawless. Either for business or simply a weekend break, the location couldn't possibly be more convenient; the staff were absolutely fabulous & beyond helpful, the food was outstanding, the design of the hotel itself - well, Armani so not much to complain about there, and obviously - possibly one of the most spectacular cityscape views on earth. This hotel is exemplary - absolutely & categorically nailed it.
My first stay at Armani Hotel Dubai - and I have stayed in many hotels in Dubai - has been excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff everywhere. Being half Italian I like their "buona sera" on the phone. Check in was fast, in room dining is delicious and promptly delivered, the guys at the pool look after everybody and are very helpful. They even changed the music 😊 (after three days I was fed up with the type of music and requested something more relaxing). Comfortable beds (I have had a back injury but sleep well here), although it is a bit dark inside the rooms (typical Armani style), I feel at home. Big variety of restaurants inside the hotel and of course, thousands of options nearby. Still have to try out the spa in the coming days. Of course, I did buy perfumes from the shop in the hotel. Walking to Dubai Mall might be difficult (for people like me who have had an injury) so just take a taxi from the lobby. The driver might laugh at you but a couple of dirhams tip will keep him quiet 😉 I recommend Armani Hotel Dubai for people who truly like to be well looked after. I am glad to stay a few more days and will be happy to return!
"One of the best hotels in the world"
Great location in the Burj with great views over the fountains. Very conveniently located beside the Dubai mall as well. The service was fantastic - you are escorted to your room and shown how to work the ipads that control the lights, blinds, tv etc. The mini bar (non alcoholic) is all included with the room. Everyone smiles and greets- a warm welcoming atmosphere. There is a great attention to detail with everything.
Fantastic hotel, beautiful Armani design everywhere. Incredible panorama from your room. In the Italian restaurant bringing great delicious taste from Italian kitchen while you can enjoy dancing of the fountain. Special thanks to Sandra our Assistant Lifestyle Manager.
