"Did not meet our expectations"
We stayed here for 6 nights in April. Based on the many good reviews we expected something extra, bur unfortunately we were a bit disappointed. Maybe we were unlucky, but our double room was really small. Not at all as shown in room-pictures from the hotel. Beside the bed and a desk with a chair, there was not room for anything else. Bathroom with bathtub and handheld shower - you really had to hold the shower.... No shower-curtain... However, the bed was comfortable and housekeeping did a good job. Breakfast was ok, served in a nice breakfast-area. Design hotel ' I do not think so..... OK hotel, but be prepared for a surprise if you expect to get a large double room. But you might be luckier than we were. Be aware that you have to climb stairs, even though there is an elevator. But for some reason the elevator stops between the floors.
"Quiet, clean perfect location"
Really surprised how good this hotel was for the price. Riggt next to sparta Prague stadium. 5 minute walk from etna park and the famous beer gardens and kiosks. The rooms were spotless and well kept. Bathroon was great size and all clean and toiletries included. Only ate breakfast here and it was amazing quality and loads of choice. Because it was a good walk from town there were no brit stag parties to be seen or heard and was a great location to walk from to see the cultural sights. Highly recommended.
"Ist Class Hotel For A City Break"
Me and my partner stayed for 4 nights whilst visiting the city. The room was a very generous size and beautifully furnished - with original artwork on the wall. The breakfast was very impressive -with staff very attentive. The free internet connection was very efficient. The only suggestion I would make is that we would have appreciated a tea and coffee making facility in the room. The hotel is excellently located across a park from the old town - although the walk does involve a steep climb. We would definitely stay again if visiting Prague.
"Pleasant stay, spacious for a solo"
Having booked via an agency, I was slightly suspicious of the seemingly good price for a 2 night stay, one person. But then it was off season and midweek so agreed it. Arrived late afternoon, about 12 minutes walk to the metro, 4 or 5 to a tram. Liked the location, it's in an embassy district so seemed safe too, though no doubt some will not love the circa 25 minute walk into the centre (esp the return uphill). I was really pleased with the room. Expected a single bed and commensurate room, but what I got contained a KS bed and was very spacious. Thought at first I got lucky, but the room furniture was intended for one, so very possibly not. Bathroom perfectly decent, strong shower, and except not working out how to do the air-con, this room was very good VfM. On breakfast; whilst I'm hard to satisfy if there's no authentic full English (I am cultured, promise!), there was loads of selection. The cake was very more-ish and sadly the fresh watermelon I encountered on day 1 wasn't present on day 2. Didn't interact much with staff, but the AM receptionist was very polite and helpful. Guy later in the day, somewhat less but fine. In summary; I would very happily stay here again as was very pleased with the room I stayed in, and there was nothing I disliked.
Lovely hotel, very modern, clean and very close to local tram stop, park and Prague stadium. Great value for included breakfast and room serviced daily. Stayed for 5 days. 4 nights, would recommend for a city break
