This is a classy and well run impressive hotel right at the heart of Clusaz. The staff were excellent , and all of the services that are offered by the hotel are first class. The first time that we have skied in France, and with this experience not the last. We will be returning to this hotel later in the year.Comment of D. Maxwell, United Kingdom the 2015-01-18
"Great location, amazing service"
The hotel is located next to the pistes, in the center of the very nice village of La Clusaz. You can access everything by foot (there is some small supermarkets in the neighbourhood, very helpful if you forgot something!). The hotel is small but charming and the service is excellent. We travelled with a fifteen-month old baby and they did everything they could to make our stay pleasant (at the reception, at the restaurant, etc.). Very nice staff! We had a half-board booking and dinner was delicious every day. Would come back anytime!
"A wonderful, luxury option for a long weekend skiing in the picture perfect La Clusaz"
The hotel is chalet perfect and the staff really lovely. We stayed for a long weekend skiing and the hotel makes that very easy - just one hour from Geneva, very central to ski lifts, right next to a small but very friendly ski hire and they organise your ski passes for you and just charge it to your room. The rooms are contemporary, luxury mountain style and the spa and pool area is lovely. We had a prestige suite which had a lounge with a double sofa bed and its own toilet and shower, all which could be separated from the main bedroom and bathroom so perfect for a family. Lovely bar area with nightly music and the breakfast and dinner at the restaurant (we were half board was great). I would definitely recommend it highly and we're already thinking about when we can come back to go hiking in La Clusaz.
"Great hotel at the heart of La Clusaz"
We stayed 12 days in August and had a lovely stay. We had suite 406 on the 4th floor with a nice balcony facing the moutain and overlooking the playgrounds. The suite was nicely decorated and reasonably spacious. We enjoyed our Nespresso coffee machine. The hotel location is perfect as it is right in the center. The Spa and swimming pool are a great bonus after a long day hicking. We were quite surprised by the number activities. Thumbs'up to La Clusaz for making it a lively resort during summer. There is a great selection of restaurants at walking distance. Stephane and his team at the reception were always extremely helpful and friendly. We definitely recommend.
"Very nice hotel at city center"
Super well located at the heart of La Clusaz. Once your car is parked (free parking ), you can do everything by walk. Decoration is refined and welcoming. Staff pay lots of attention to your well-being: complementary water and chocolat, smile, very helpful. Book a junior room, much cheaper than a suite and enjoy a 5 star service! Room 222 was perfect, 20m2 for 2.
"Perfect engagement surprise"
We stayed at this hotel for a long weekend over Mother's Day weekend. My partner had booked this as a surprise to propose! He booked the largest suite that they have & this over looked the ski slopes. It has 2 front doors to this room as it is basically two knocked through. One side is the bed with the balcony & a bathroom with a jacuzzi bath & the other leads to the front room area with the shower bathroom, both sides have separate toilets. The hotel rooms are beautifully decorated & very comfy. The bathrooms are very modern & the bath was lovely. You get waters in your room & chocolates at the turn down service. The hotel is incredibly beautiful. The spa was lovely, I really enjoyed the massage I had there, it cost around 130 euros. The pool was lovely with the most incredible views of the snowy mountains. The lobby is a lovely place to chill, especially next to the fire & in the evening the had a piano player/ singer. There are so many amazing restaurants to at in around the hotel & this is at the bottom of the mountain. We had a ski lesson booked through the hotel, a little expensive but worth it. We ended up having breakfast in the hotel & it was really yummy. I loved this hotel so much & really didn't want to leave. I will definitely be going back & staying here again, possibly on the anniversary of our engagement 😍
