"Stylish, great service, great location for slopes."
Had a great stay here. The staff are a great asset, all super friendly and helpful. The hotel ski hire service is also very good - quality equipment and friendly service. The food at the hotel was really a treat. We tried many of the dishes on the menu, and each of them were exceptional. Great presentation, with good quality ingredients. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay and we were made to feel very welcome throughout. Highly recommended.
"Boutique hotel but definitely NOT 5*"
As seasoned travellers we had high expectations of this hotel but were severely disappointed. Definitely not 5 star but more akin to a 3* boutique hotel. For ease of reading to help you assess if this hotel is for you or not I've listed the positives and negatives. + Rooms sizes good with very comfortable beds and quality crisp bedding + Boutique style room with unusual stylish dark decor but wooden floors starting to look scruffy and very noisy from room above us + The guys in the ski locker room were brilliant - always cheerful and on hand to take your boots off you and hand you your skis/boots. Very friendly and clearly knew what customer service was about. At the end of the week they even kindly arranged to have our skies waxed for which we were extremely grateful for. + The beautician named Paula in the spa was lovely and clearly very experienced. The other staff in the spa were not particularly friendly/welcoming and rarely smiled. + The guys responsible for the valet parking were excellent - helpful with unloading the car; parking the car and even collecting a bag we had forgotten. We did feel that €20 a day parking charge was excessive though. For the price we paid for this holiday we didn't expect the below from a 5* hotel: - Ikea mugs and a cheap plastic kettle in the room. Majority of hotels at this price provide a Nespresso coffee machine or at the very least a decent quality kettle and cups and saucers. We felt like we were in a Novotel, particularly when we saw the red plastic beakers in the bathroom! - Turndown service was offered but this did not include a clean of the bathroom. Since the designer sinks are black these constantly looked a mess particularly after teeth cleaning (white on black!) - The Spa area was tiny and not very relaxing (there are no reclining chairs; nor warm blankets to snuggle up under); there was no spa etiquette adhered to; children were allowed to run around; it was not particularly clean and the facilities limited. - The glass doors between the spa and the treatment rooms were never closed so treatments were not relaxing as you could hear all the noise from kids in the pool. - Breakfast was always the same and whilst the staff were friendly they were definitely not trained to 5* hotel standard. Some of the hygiene standards were astounding to watch (dirty cleaning cloth used right next to the fresh meat and cheeses; and the same fork used to refill the cheese and meat plates. If you are a vegetarian be warned!) - The crockery often did not match and some glasses were chipped which definitely not what you would expect when paying these prices. - Paper napkins and plastic place mats! - Very amateur staff in the restaurant - Food was definitely not of the quality we are used to with this level of hotel. The Thai style soup I had one evening was exactly the same as we had for lunch in a different restaurant on a previous day so they are clearly using bought in dishes rather than chefs own creations. - You could only get 2 uk channels on the tv. - The bar was rarely occupied, probably due to the extortionately priced drinks. All in all a complete rip off in our opinion. We will definitely not be returning.

Not only the hotel is perfectly located, furbished and decorated, their staff is probably the most attentive i ever had the opportunity to experience. They even refunded the room i booked once i was stuck at the hospital for few days !
"Slick hotel with super friendly staff"
Dark but slick contemporary decor. Staff incredibly friendly and more than happy to help with everything from parking the car to making dinner reservations. Breakfast had enough variety with freshly cooked eggs on request. The ski hire chaps were very helpful and friendly too! The spa had everything you needed and certainly helped ease the aches! Great location - just 150m from pistes. Overall, good value for money. Shame the drinks prices were so expensive otherwise we might have spent more time in the hotel bar.
Had the pleasure to stay here during a recent skiing trip, without doubt the very best hotel in the area. Modern comfortable rooms in very good order, fabulous breakfast to start the day and all staff members were very attentive. The spa is a must to visit after a days skiing and the guy who looks after the ski shop is superb, takes your boots away and the next morning they are all clean and dry !! Can't recommend enough
