"Situated in a Good Location."
Aya Boutique Hotel is situated in an alley just opposite to the beach road. Perfect Location if one is staying in Pattaya. I stayed in the hotel for 6 nights. It is a decent hotel with the all amenities decently maintained. Staff is friendly, hospitable and quite professional. I stayed in Deluxe Courtyard Room, without a Balcony, which I found to be litted extremely dimly and was small and cranky for a 4 star property. Location is the USP. A bit overpriced for the services offered. Pool area is small situated in 3rd Floor. Should have been on the rooftop with sunbeds (which I missed badly), it would have added to a better experience at the hotel and would have been an added attraction and amenity. Breakfast lacked variety though. All in all a good, serene and peaceful stay at the hotel. The major drawback are the rooms with views are without balcony and balcony facing rooms have buildings hung over them at a distance of like one meter. Not Suitable at all, I had to change the said room for market facing one. For a 4 star property rooms ought to be bigger with a balcony. Would I like to stay in the hotel again' Yes, provided prices are reasonable in tandem with the facilities. Hotel is bit overpriced compared to other properties in pattaya.
"Home Away for Home"
I have stayed at this hotel many times and have found the staff on the front counter desk to be very helpful and will always go out of there way 24 Hour a day to fix any problem you may have or point you in the right direction. I use AYA as my base when i am staying in Pattaya for a break from work, they always have fast internet and it has always been free for me. Rooms are large, only down side for me is no light over desk if you need to do a little work at night
Not the best hotel where I ever been but for sure the bigger surprise was here. Hotel is good, confortable, quiet and at a very good location. The breakfast could be better but it's okay. The bigger problem, in my opinion, is the wifi. Quite good while connected but disconnects a lot of times (happens to me in 2 of the 4 days) and every time I disconnected need to login again. Other problem it's only one device to password, they give me two passwords, that means if i have a computer, phone and ipad for example, one of them cannot be connected. I also don't know if they give more access if i ask. For me was not a problem becaus only have one phone and the computer. Last but not the least, i arrved on 20 to stay until 24 and my birthday was on 23. On 23rd some crew knock on my door and give me a birthday cake and wish me happy birthday. Was surprising because I stay in hotels a lot of times and never happened offer me a birthday cake. And was a big cake as you can see in the images. Thanks again Aya hotel. For sure next time in Pattaya I will stay there
"Great location, decent hotel!"
The Aya Hotel is pretty close to all the action in central Pattaya. It is only a 1 minute walk to the beach and about 5 minutes walk to the famous Walking Street where all the best night life is at. The hotel itself is quite pleasant with large & clean rooms. The separated pool and sundeck (different levels) seemed a bit strange. The breakfast was also pretty basic, but apart from that I would stay here again. There were small nightly markets outside the hotel on a street which is off limits to cars so it was nice to wonder these every evening to & from the hotel.
Very nice rooms, spacious, shower, toilet, wardrobe, safety box in room wooden floor, free wifi in rooms very fast. Service is very good but breakfast is very poor, i suggest booking without meals. location is central, just off the beach road and very close to restaurants and malls. DO NOT BUY EXCURSION from concierge as they are very expensive, you can buy them from tourist company at the mall
