Located in one of the main shopping areas, next to "Art Walk", the Retiro Park and Goya Street, the hotel enjoys excellent connections to the airport, the IFEMA Trade Fair Centre (Juan Carlos I) and the main train and bus stations.

"Great hotel for pleasure and business"
The staff is friendly, very welcoming at reception. Good value for money and great location. Easy to get to places of interests while in a tranquil neighborhood. The breakfast though is nothing special and should be improved. Thr hotel is well designed and modern. Beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. Would stay there again.
The hotel is around 20 minutes far away from the city centre. The staff were very kind with us and shew us the best way to visit the most intersting points for us. The room is is very confortable and we had a lot of different opcion for the breakfast.
"Confusing start up but a well appointed stay"
We were initially dropped at the 'wrong' hotel entry point by our taxi driver at night but the staff at this lobby dealt with our check in perfectly well. The confusion arose when we seemed to walk a long way to our room. We were starting a Trafalgar coach trip so obviously were all placed together. Once we understood next day that we had been dropped at the wrong hotel front ( there are two adjacent buildings) we found the rest of stay great although we had to walk to the other building to find the buffet / restaurant and bar area for an afternoon coffee and simple dinner. Our room had an annoying large support pillar next to the beds and as we wanted twin beds this meant one bed was beside this pillar, making getting in and out of the bed irritating. Breakfast however was buffet style and quite comprehensive for various tastes, once you get used to managing the toaster system and coffee machines. Nearby were several restaurants, a chemist, hairdresser a block away and a lovely little deli style shopping centre.
"Everything was as it should be"
Well as you walk into reception having found a ramp round the side of the hotel as I had 3 wheelie cases to manipulate which was very hard the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming and got my room straight away but I was in another tower block which is a little confusing and with all my luggage wasn't ideal. So the hotel is split into 2 tower blocks and the meeting room I was in was in the main block down a level with no lift so if you have a meeting and have to have equipment be aware. The meeting room was ok nothing to write home about no natural light and the drinks coffee area was also underneath so a little gloomy but the staff made up for it, nothing was a problem and always very keen to help. My bedroom was clean tidy and had a view, but I had no tea or coffee facilities which wasn't ideal but I found most Spanish hotels do not provide this facility. Overall good hotel friendly staff, food was god and ideal for getting into the centre of Madrid, would stay there again.
Hotel with two buildings, very complicated... correct but nothing special... it seems that they do not care about cleaning elevators, entrances, ashtrays...rooms are ok, bathroom as well... cannot open windows due to security reasons, so no way to get some air... location good, near big Retiro park
