"Beach Palace Staff "
Wow what a great time we had. Oscar was good at helping us and accommodate with what ever tours we wanted to book. He was very helpful in explaining and showing us around the hotel grounds. We also can't forget the good service at the main dinning area for breakfast/ lunch / & dinner. The staff on-site greeted us every minute and at any hour of the day. The Hostess staff: Janett/ Sonia/ Mayke/ The best waiter ever who is so warm and inviting and went above and beyond 5 star service is: Magali Fabian. Even though we said that we would get something she would offer to get it for us anyway. The captain: Oscar B. And of Course the Cheff: Fabiola. I can't say enough of good things about all the staff but we had a pleasant experience !
"Excellent stay, great service"
This hotel was recommended to us and we weren't disappointed. Great location right on the strip. The hotel is clean and the food excellent. All staff are very attentive, special mentions to Esteban in the bar, Angel and Luis who took time to take care of us and the friends we met there. Beach and pool area are clean with beds and towels a plenty. Recommend the Chinese al la carte. The rooms are very spacious and all have double jacuzzis, well stocked mini bars and maids come every day with fresh bedding and towels. Very enjoyable stay with fantastic service!

"Not bad but some issues"
We are currently staying at the Beach Palace in Room 1116 and the first thing I want to say is that we are having a wonderful holiday and the problem is we only have 4 days left. The hotel has a great outlook with pool area, down to the lovely white sand beach with access to the fabulous ocean. It is looking a bit tired and needs some updating to bring it up to standard. We have room with an ocean view, the room is large with 2 queen size beds , a Jacuzzi and a lounge bed on the balcony. Excellent facilities in the room, we have had a couple of plumbing and electric problems which were dealt with quickly. The real pearl of the hotel are the working staff, cleaners, waiters, bar staff, pool staff etc they are brilliant and cannot do enough to make your stay as good as possible. The hotel management are not around though, in good hotels these days members of the management team are out and about speaking to guests asking about their stay and any issues they may have. If so they may have been more aware of the noise and disruption caused by the building work at the next hotel, with drilling and pile driving going on 25 yards from the pool. There are plenty of people though selling the time share club and the resort credits activities. OK we are a 63 year old retired couple who like a bit of luxury on holiday and stay in 5 star hotels where possible. We have stayed a just such hotels in Tenerife and on Rhodes this year, this is important to put the next comments in perspective. The food in the main buffet restaurant is OK, it suffers from normal buffet issues in that food is very much the same day to day, is not replaced often so tends to be lukewarm and therefore the fresh cooking station is busy. We found the food in the grill, Italian and wok restaurants to be good, and the pool food is basic but good as is cooked fresh. There are a couple of issues that would make us think carefully about coming back to the Beach Palace, the first is the fact that the animation team play music at a very high volume all day from 9 in the morning till after 5 in the afternoon, often accompanied by the team shouting ‘LET’S MAKE SOME NOISE’ into the microphone, there is no rest from it, the hotel is small so you cannot escape. An example of this was Friday night, we were eating in the grill restaurant and the animation team had their pirate show by the pool, it was so loud you couldn’t talk to each in the restaurant They even play the music when they have no activities going on, some quiet time should included. When you walk along the beach it is the only hotel where you hearer the music coming from. Also even when they have an activity , apart from volley ball in the pool, very few people join in. The second point is linked to this, the places to get a drink in evening are the roof top bar, which is very sparsely furnished and the sports bar . The sports bar has multiple screens round the room, pool tables, live music and more activities, There isn’t a nice lounge where you can sit during the evening and enjoy drinks or a coffee and a chat. There is a small coffee shop by the pool which lovely during the day but there is nothing in the hotel itself. So overall the hotel is pretty good and I am sure some people will disagree with our views, so on with enjoying our last 4 days, in hindsight we probably should have booked the Sun Palace which seems to be more suited to us.
