"Querky Boutique Hotel"
We spent one night here. Lovely room. Nice bedding, comfortable bed. Good facilities. Noisy aircon though. Spacious room. Lovely bathroom, nice complimentary products. Check in and out was quick. Staff were friendly. Can't fault it.
Had a very professional welcome at the reception. Rooms are very modern, tidy and spacious. Transport to the city centre is a bit of a hassle, but as this was a business trip we often relaxed at the bar and dined at the restaurant. Both have friendly staff, and the restaurant offers great local and Thai food. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay that does not need to be in the city centre very often.
"EXCELLENT HOTEL 2016"
Excellent hotel in the capital. very relaxed and efficient.top of their game. we travelled as a couple for two great nights.had a lovely quiet room on fourth floor. fantastic views. safe and busy location. just park the car and use the luas to get to dundrum and the city centre too. take a walk to and from the shopping centre its not far and its a way of getting used of the surroundings and see whats going on and meeting people on the way.the elevators are as nice as the rest of the hotel. the reception is very inviting. didnt see anyone playing pool. the bar was busy and lively with music and a great atmosphere. the restaurant is lovely in every way and the food is amazing.on our night there the chef came around and said hello. the staff that served us were very efficient, especially Eanna from wexford.
"Amazing service as always "
This is my favourite hotel in Dublin the service is outstanding.. arrive at 5 to be handed the key straight away and up to the 7th floor . Reception staff are so professional and friendly and nothing is a problem. Looked to upgrade the room as I love the free standing bath to soak away the stress of the day with the classical music playing in the room was switch within minutes fantastic . Drinks in the bar are lovely and again great staff . This is definitely worth a visit I would recommend it to everyone. Close to Dundrum shopping centre so plan to drop in and see what's new for Christmas .. Ideal location near enough to town but far enough away to relax and enjoy the views and watch the world go by :)
"Good Hotel Ruined by Poorly Trained Staff"
The hotel is smart, modern and comfortable. Maid service very good and room standard high. The problem is that many of the waiting staff have a very limited command of English and know nothing at all about the menu. My Thai Restaurant nice food, but I ask waiter if one of the dishes is Penang Beef Curry, no clue, no follow up. Nice bar, ruined by some loud-mouthed drunks who should have been asked to leave. First morning, I order tea for breakfast, coffee arrives. Order cheese omelette, it's burnt and over-cooked, but I am hungry and in a rush. Next morning, I get tea first time which is an improvement. Then ask for baked beans, no clue what baked beans are' Hotel doesn't do baked beans. Left and took my breakfast order elsewhere. Overall, stay here for sure but eat all meals and drink elsewhere.
