"Bad experience with lost watch."
Rooms was ok - need bertter pillows and honest staff. You need to install a bottle opener in every room so we don't have to borrow it everytime. I forgot my watch in the room and came back for it in the evening but the watch disappeared. So, I think you need to teach your staff to be more honest and not taking anything from the guests' rooms.

We only booked this hotel the night before leaving Bangkok. On arrival we were given a room on the top floor which had the best view. The hotel was practically empty until our last day - we had the pool all to ourselves for 2 days! Situated on the beach, this hotel was quiet which suited us perfectly. We ate one night here and the food was of great quality and very good price. The staff here do not speak fluent English - this might be why some other reviews say the staff are not friendly - but this isn't the case. I always found them to be helpful. The sea isn't the greatest, however you have a lovely view of Pattaya and the Temple of Truth. Thank you to everyone - we really enjoyed your hotel.
"Lication and room."
The hotel atmosphere is nice snd the sea. Comfortable room. Book direcrtly throught the web site of the hotel, but the hotel had change Deluxe pool to mini suite without paying surcharge and the rooms are large facility.
"NICE HOTEL "
Nice hotel, good rooms and pool, close to the beach. Had a nice stay and enjoyed the time spent here. Breakfast was good too. Location wise a little far from the main city attraction but a good value for money paid.

Checked into hotel at around 330 pm.. I greeted the front desk agent with a smile and hello how are you.. Normally the guest service agent would greet the customer but clearly my expectations are wrong.. It was a busy day as it was Songkran, however at a room rate of 8500 baht per night I would expect a simple hello.. Well seems now my luck changed because I got an upgrade to a king room.. Three bedrooms which was great..was not enough to change my first impression though .. Next service person to disappoint was concierge.. Was happy to valet park the Mercedes Benz parked beside my car but was very unhappy to park my Mazda.. He told me I had to park my own car even though I had just seen him park someone else's car.. Unbelievable.. The room was ok .. Clean, a bit old but very spacious.. Wi fi do does not work for more than two minutes at a time and the shower head does not stay up so its only a hand held.. Not too great for the price I paid.. Breakfast staff again same service.. No smile, no greeting and when I asked if there were any more fried eggs I got snapped at by a service boy..clearly should not work in service industry ... Overall stay below average ... Lucky for the pool.. First time and last time all in one night.
