First class hotel. One of the better properties in Las Vegas. Was able to get an upgrade to the 23rd floor just in front of the fountains. Would highly recommend and will return. Great rate through Prestigia.Comment of M. William , United States the 2016-08-29

An amazing hotel.Comment of J. Jacqueline , Australia the 2016-07-31
The Bellagio is a fantastic hotel, location can't be better, hotel service was excellent, when we got there they had us on the 7th floor fountain view, the clerk had us change to the 26th floor the second night with us asking for it and the view up there is just amassing. Big thanks to Prestigia for the pricing and a big thanks to Bellagio for the services, you both made this an amassing trip.Comment of D. Denis , Canada the 2016-07-26

"Old, and unprofessional front desk staff"
The front staff wrote down the wrong room number for me during the check in so I have to walk long way back to check with the front desk again. I'm not sure if that's what happened if you don't tip the front desk staff or just careless front desk staff. The room is really old. I Mean IT. really old. you can see the soap scum in the shower. really disappointed. I should have choosen Wynn instead.
This hotel has gone downhill. It used to be one of the best, but not any more. It is coasting on its old reputation, and charging outrageous prices. For example, a bottle of Fiji Water from the mini bar costs $17! If you store a bottle of your own water in the fridge, they charge you $50 a day to do that. There is a $35 per day facilities fee, but they don't offer much in the way of facilities except an outdoor pool. We paid an extra $50 per night to get a room with a view of the fountain, but many times, the water show did not run as scheduled. Don't waste your money on this place.
"One of the nicest places I have stayed at"
One of the best hotels I have stayed in. However, you do pay a hefty price compared to probably more-than-adequate lodging elsewhere in the city. Nevertheless I did not mind paying for a hotel that I felt was worth the premium in terms of comfort and luxury. Service was excellent all around, at the registration counter, the concierge desk, and the outside staff at the entrance. Special mention to Anna (or it might be Ana) at the Concierge counter who was extremely helpful to us in booking shows. It was a nice touch to have a security person check for room cards before anyone could enter the elevator area for the guestrooms. I upgraded to a fountain-view room on the 23rd floor, and the great view was worth it to me. Our room was large, very clean, and very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, with both a large shower stall and a sunken tub. Towels and sheets were very clean. We slept very well, and no noise was noticeable. A minor nit-pick is that it was a somewhat long walk from the main lobby to the guest elevators, having to walk through the casino area.
"The Best Things In Life Are Free (I Wouldn't Pay To Stay Here Again)"
The Bellagio is iconic and well worth a visit, and in fact I do recommend arriving here on your first trip to Vegas, it's wonderful with the entrance, fountains, conservatory and much more... but then keep going through the hotel and up the escalators to the Vdara which is connected (and is a non-smoking, non-gambling all suite hotel which is much cheaper and has a much better hot tub!) In short Bellagio does spectacle very well, for free - enjoy it, but I found the check in lengthy, the room disappointing and almost an advert for the O show and worst of all someone was smoking on my non-smoking floor and it came through, plus I could hear other people walking around above me which just seems wrong in any decent hotel. I love the deli cafe and the buffet is great, but again, you can just walk in from any other hotel to make the most of these and the pool area for me was a disappointment, too cold and generally unwelcoming.
