"5 Stars in exquisite location "
Exzellent hotel with very attentive and very will trained staff. A great pleasure to stay there ! The whole complex including the large pool are very well maintained and all the personell try to do their best to make your stay comfortable. It is a pity that not all the guests would receive a 5 star rating : e.g. gents sitting in tank tops at the stylish bar in the evening. But in my opinion an exceptional hotel worth its price.
"Amazing Hotel on the edge of a Breathtaking View"
Faultless hotel within the Iguacu National Park. Rooms and all facilities were luxurious and fitting of the style of hotel. All food served in the hotel restaurants was amazing (although dinner was a little on the expensive side) - there was an A La Carte restaurant, as well as a Rodizio style buffet restaurant. There was also a lovely outdoor pool and spa - perfect for a sunset swim! The hotel is only a couple of minutes walk from a trail that runs alongside the falls and takes approximately 40 minutes to walk (including going right down to the base of the falls). The views from the many vantage points along the trail were breathtaking, and could only easily have been experienced if staying in the hotel. Must stay here if planning to visit the falls, although probably a bit too pricey for more than 2-3 nights!
"Best for Iguazu"
We had a large suite which was good sized and good qualty. Breakfast was good and there was a charcuterie dinner (buffet), good to try once. As things happened, the Governor was staying there too and also having the same buffet. The hotel organizes tours very well, which is important as one is here to see the falls. Stay here if you would like to visit the Iguazu Falls.
"Don't Stay Anywhere Else!"
Excellent location right in the park (as opposed to the Sheraton which doesn't have the Brazilian access) overlooking the falls. Very nice rooms, excellent meals, indoor / outdoor dining when the weather cooperates. Staff were very helpful, knowledgeable. The transfer service to take guests to the main park gate gave us a little problem when they wouldn't drop us off at the Macuco Boat Safari (on the way out of the park) they said because they wanted to sell us their own boat trips....so the hotel needs to handle this little issue!! It spoils the experience, just slightly!! Well worth the extra visa fees and effort to be located right on top of the falls, with expansive grounds, and plenty of areas for morning / evening walks "without the masses" before and after the park closes...quite special because of this.
"Super hotel in the BEST location"
lovely old grand dame hotel in the best location inside the national park. Lovely airy,, good sized room which was nice and quiet. Lovely outside pool and restaurant area. only a stones throw from the falls. Good service, good food and a lovely experience with the amazing falls!
