Cant fault the hotel. A bit out from centre but tram stop right at door and trams every 7 minutes. Nice peaceful area. We had a room on 5th floor. Fantastic views. Big corner room, rooms exactly as they are on pictures, bed super comfy. Hairdryer toileteries etc provided. Fantastic rainfall shower. Comfiest hotel hed i have ever had. Cant comment on restaurant as didnt use it, we ate out as were out and about most of day. Check in and out very easy, nice reception area with seating etc. Mini bar and nespresso machine in room. Nothig negative to say
"Pretty good "
Hotel was clean and some of the staff were quite friendly. Checking in and out was an easy process. However, some staff were rude and unwelcoming. The minibar in either of our two rooms was not stocked. The hotel is relatively far from the city centre but the number 2 tram stops right outside and takes you the whole way to central station. Wouldn't stay here again purely because the location is quite inconvenient.
"Peaceful Stay in Amstedam"
We stayed for two nights here, Our room was on the 8th floor, facing the main street. View was wonderful. The room was comfortable. Cleanliness was amazing. Quick check in and check out process. Breakfast was good, not one of the most amazing that I have had. Best part is the location -- Just outside the main city, not too far, but a quiet place. Tram no.2 stops just outside the hotel, which goes thru most of the attractions. Metro station is at a 5 Min walking distance . The only downside is that the hotel doesnot have a alcohol license
"Degraded in value and quality. Not worth it."
I've stayed here on a number of occasions. Initially the stays were good. However over the last couple of months it's all been rather disappointing. The cleanliness of the duvet covers and sheets are debatable which is a big thing for me. The tv - recently a third of the channels weren't working. But in general I've found that on average a good number of channels aren't working. Some of the staff on front office are rude and even hang the phone up on you. Promises are made but not held up. I've only had breakfast here a handful of times and that was always up to standard. The gym is very very very small. And without a pool. The hotel does not have an alcohol license. There aren't any bars nearby but there is a supermarket if you want to purchase some alcohol. The tram outdoor takes you into the Centre. However there aren't any restaurants nearby apart from a Chinese place. I decided to not use this hotel but had already recommended it to two friends of mine. The had okay feedback so when I needed a hotel again I used them again. Nope big mistake. Well and truly done with this place.
"A very nice Hotel in Amsterdam"
I had room # 601 on 6th floor , corner room , the view was fantastic , the room had full comfort , nice and handy furniture , a long general manager desk to put all your staff . I had the feeling that this was a multinational CEO's office . The lobby was very modern .The restaurant cuisine was good and the breakfast flawless. Although it is located somehow far from the city center one can get easily there by metro and tramway Nr2
