"No Disappointment "
Stayed here for one night. Friendly receptionist and could speak English. Lobby is not too big but i live the glass roof. Got room 1803. The room is spacious, got balcony and you can see a little part of avenue Paulista which is about 100m walking. The location is okay. Standard toiletries in bathroom. Brekafast was okay, they had bread, meat and fruits. For me there is no disappointment staying here.
"A good find off Avenida Paulista"
Over the years of coming to Brazil, I have seen the prices for hotels in Jardim get foolishly high. I was happy to find this hotel - nice big rooms, quieter location, great staff, and very good value for the rate. They tacked on a decent late checkout rate so I could manage to catch my late night flight with no inconvenience. I will stay here again.
The hotel is well located, the staff is helpful, the hotel has a great room, with nice accommodation, complete breakfast. The cost it is not so expensive related to what they offer to the client. Very good option for a business trip
"Terrible for a Quasi Business Hotel"
The wifi is terrible. Absolutely terrible. ZERO reliability. All elevators and power went down this morning and some of our friends were stuck in the elevator for some time and its 19:36 right now and there are still 2 elevators down on a 24 floor building. Additionally - after all the issues all we get is a "sorry letter" at least comp me some mini bar credits or something. The buffet breakfast is nothing special, powdered eggs. Great location however.
"A Pleasant Surprise"
The reason for choosing this hotel is that it is an easy 10 minute walk away from the Museum of Art of Sao Paulo. We arrived at the hotel at around 09:00 hours and check in was at 14:00 hours. The receptionist suggested that I could pay the equivalent of £50 for an early check in but I refused. He then dropped the fee to £38.50, which was still to high. In the end he allowed us an early check in of 12:00 hours. The breakfast room was almost empty at this point but the manager allowed my wife and I to have a bite to eat but only charged for one person, which was a nice touch and much appreciated. The room was clean and very pleasant, with a terrace and great views of the city. The toiletries were adequate with all the essentials needed. The full breakfast the following morning was good and the overall standard of the restaurant at dinner was also good. Apart from being close to the Museum of Art the hotel is a spitting distance from the Paulista Avenue, which is the most important street in Sao Paulo. Good place to stay.
