Overall I was very happy with the hotel and the staff were helpful. It was very clean and the small lobby area was very relaxing. I didn't like the shower head. It seemed to spray in a strange manner and I had to use the handheld shower head which meant that the bathroom floor got covered with water.

Everything about this property is wonderful! The staff was truly remarkable and always willing to assist with any request. The front desk staff truly understands customer service. I pland to travel to Paris again before the end of the year and wouldnt consider any other property than yours!! I would recomend this property to anyone i come across who is interested in traveling to Paris. Well Done!!!
