Hôtel digne de son nom! Personnel si gentil et attentionné. Service excellent! Une piscine chauffée, j'ai adorée la chambre surtout la qualité du lit! Seul bémol très mal insonorisée on entend tout ce qui se passe à côté! Emplacement magique ores des grands restaurants, casino et discothèques! 10 min de la place jema el fna! J'y retournerai c'est certain...

l'hôtel est EXCELLENT dans son ensemble surtout en ce qui concerne le rapport qualité/prix. Les seules petites remarques que j'aurais c'est que le room service est un peu long et la cuisine du restaurant au bord de la piscine n'est pas à la hauteur des prix qui sont très élevés. Je n'ai pas essayé les autres restaurants je ne peux donc pas juger l'ensemble.

Ayant séjourné plusieurs fois déjà au sofitel Marrakech, je suis toujours aussi heureuse, le personnel est super, les chambres et surtout le lit toujours aussi confortable. le quartier hivernage est très bien fréquente, c'est vraiment le meilleur hôtel. j'aime l'ambiance la journée a la piscine avec le dj, et le soir au so lounge. des que je peux j'y retourne le temps d'un weekend ou une semaine et j?apprécie toujours autant.

We got an excellent deal on the hotel room, although there does not seem to be a standardised junior suite as the quality and decor of the room varies from ordinary to very nice. The hotel service was generally good but some meals and services appeared over-priced for what they were.

A really beautiful hotel with the most comfortable beds. A bit of a long walk to our room but with a hotel this big it is not uncommon. All the staff seemed to speak excellent English and they all were very polite. Would love to return for another stay.
