amazing place to stay and get away from it all. very romantic! you can choose to do a lot or nothing and the grounds are just stunning. The service is also fantastic, the staff really went out of their way to look after you, with little surprises and added comforts to make your stay that bit better. the only downside is the hot water which at times was a bit temperamental due to them also being a working farm and using water from the mountains ( mostly ok and a very small minus- not a big reason not to stay)

This is one of the best hotels I've been to and I have visited plenty of glamourous hotels around the world. The location is remote but if you have had a few days in the bustling souk markets (El Fna) then this is pure relaxation. we were greeted with rose milk to drink and snacks to eat and given a tour....not to mention the phenomenal upgrade to a three tier house/suite. the service was warm and welcoming and they will do anything to make you feel at ease. food by the pool was okay and more choice would have been nice-also the salad had a bug in it but that can be the case in all foreign countries.- however the evening meal (prawn tagine) was divine. We're going back and will recommend to all family & friends

Que dire, un endroit sublime, un personnel d'une gentillesse incroyable, des chambres à tomber par terre... seul bémol : trop d'attente au restaurant, surtout avec des enfants. Une idee : proposer de temps en temps des barbecues. un seul mot pour résumer : extraordinaire !!
