"Be more proactive"
My luggage was delayed and asked your frontdesk staff for assitance to help to call up the Lost and found departure if my bag has arrived . Knowing the urgency i am in , your staff did not try very hard to keep calling( when the line went to voice message) or be more proactive in handling such cases . They should have written down the contact number and helped to call them again and agiain untill they are available at least you followed up and revert back to me the situation of my bag.
"Good medium class hotel"
Good hotel, nicely decorated with a great service. We took a junior suite because we needed more space, since the problem in Paris seems to be the room space. We were happy with the choice. It has a semi-central location, i say semi because you can reach Louvre by foot, but it takes about 25-30 min, so its not really central. There is a metro station very close though. Pluses: -good beds, good quality sleep -very good shower pressure -free, fast enough wi-fi -good service Minuses: -there is not even 1 parking spot, you will have to park somewhere in the city, they will give you directions for a park house if you want, although it charges 35 euro a day. (but you can find ParkOne Opera in the vicinity, i parked there with 45 euro for 3 days) -its somehow dark the whole time in the room, also with the lights on
"Excellent hotel! Will return!"
Very nice hotel, nicely decorated, good service, and a good menu. The location is great, very close to the Gare du Nord, Lafayette, Opera and shopping district. I am definitely visiting again and can thoroughly recommend. My room had a bath and balcony.
"Medium class hotel well located"
I recommend to ask for a quiet room as most rooms appear to be located towards noisy streets. The Location of the hotel is good and easily accessibla by subway and in Walking distance from Gare du Nord.
Great location! Steps to several Metro stops. 15min walk to Gare de l'Est where we arrived, grocery store just around the corner. Helpful and friendly staff. Rooms were small but I suppose typical of European standards. Beautiful view from the 5th floor and surprisingly quiet when balcony doors were closed. Good breakfast selection of hot and cold foods, although in basement with no windows so a bit dark and one day too warm. I can't remember his name but the one member of the breakfast staff (the man from Sri Lanka) was so kind, welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.
