Best Western Premier Opéra Faubourg is ideally located at the crossroads of important Parisian districts such as the district of the famous shopping malls in Paris close to the Opéra Garnier, the quarter of antique dealers next to La Salle Drouot and the district of Martyrs.
Well located in the Opera district of Paris. One block away from the Grand Boulevard which has shops, restaurants, and the Opera House. The hotel is close to a couple metro stops and about a 15 minute walk to the Louvre and the Seine.
"Excellent Boutique Hotel"
This was our second time staying at the hotel--we loved it! It is only two short blocks from Le Peletier Metro station (a two minute walk). It feels more like a local neighborhood even though it is in the center of Paris. There is a market on the next block (Franprix) and three bakeries around the corner. Great location for visiting all of the sites! The staff were ALL very helpful and accommodating; very polite as well. They have many balcony rooms which make them charming. The rooms are always clean as well. I cannot think of anything negative to say about the place.
"I felt so comfortable staying in Best Western!"
I stayed in room 519 few days ago. It was very cozy and comfortable but one thing that I disappointed was waster draining in the shower booth... The water didn't go out well so please check and repair before other guest comes..
Great location. Easy to the transit system. Good price. Rooms leave a little to be desired if you plan on spending much time at the hotel. The staff is pleasant, and have no problems answering questions.
"Great location, small rooms"
An absolutely average hotel. The rooms are very, very small and bit outdated, but clean The hotel is also quite noisy as the walls appear to be quite thin. The best thing about this hotel is definitely its location. 10min slow walk to the Opera and Galeries Lafayette. However, I was a bit disappointed in the hotel. When making a reservation I asked for an early check-in and then also wrote them an email. Nobody responded. I do understand that sometimes it is just not possible, but I do find it quite disrespectful not even to reply to my email. I arrived to the hotel at 8am after a 10 hour flight and on top of it all the couple who checked in right before me was able to check in while I had to wait till noon. Also when checking-out they wanted to charge me an item from the mini-bar. However, I have not even noticed a mini-bar in the room let alone taken something from it. They did apologize but still kind of a weird situation.
