Wow, das Hotel was ausgezeichnet, wir waren von allem total begeistert. Das Hotel, der Service, das Essen und das Design, wir können es absolut weiter empfehlen.Comment of L. Katarina , Switzerland the 2015-08-09
An amazing Italian Villa / Art Gallery (Like sleeping in the London Saatchi Gallery!) with simply stunning grounds, large rooms with big comfortable beds and the breakfast was perfect especially the selection of Italian home baked cakes! ( I never eat cake for breakfast in the UK but trust me they are insane!)
"Downton Abbey Italiano!"
We were so tickled to stay in this refurbished villa for a week. If you are shy of nude modern art, just look out the lovely windows to the impeccable grounds and the gardens with pools. Our room (and art) was just as lovely as the public spaces. The staff is very, very attentive so get use to some spoiling. Don't plan any morning excursions so that you can enjoy the plentiful breakfast. Just right outside of Verona proper in the Negrar vineyards, the hotel has a lovely shuttle to get you to the Piazzas for touring. After a long day, look forward to drinks in the bar and the adjoining veranda. (We ate dinners in town.)
"Art hotel on Euro road trip"
What a lovely find! My son Florian and I were on a European road trip following the former routes of top gear hosts and chose to stay here as we wanted to visit Verona (Interesting that the GT hosts followed our footsteps!) This hotel is tucked away, original and unique - very quirky and stylish rooms and furniture- really lovely The restaurant looked great and my breakfast in the conservatory was really good quality with a wide selection of traditional Italian treats. Our room was comfortable and clean and very stylish The staff were accommodating and friendly and the whole experience was one of relaxed comfort and a little bit of opulence ordering from the bar and enjoying the comfortable common areas Highly recommend this hotel.
The hotel is a mixture of Classical Venetian architecture with modern art and Mendini's furniture. The experience is really funky! Even the breakfast room is not what you would expect ! It is under a "verrière " where you will freeze in winter. There is a hotel shuttle that will take you to Verona. There are many ways to get to Venice or Verona airport : private driver, taxi or train. It takes 1:30 to get to the Venice airport by car.
"Arti boutique hotel"
We booked a few days to visit Verona and the opera with the kids. We had two excellent rooms in the adjacent building. The hotel is situated about 20 minutes from the city center of Verona and the hotel offers a free transfer to the opera. The hotel is surrounded by a beautiful garden. On the grounds there is a large, but quite pool with an excellent bool bar where you can have excellent sandwiches and one of the best hamburgers around. You can have full gourmet dinner at the hotel, but a lighter meal is a bit more challenging. I do recommend the local Amazon wine, it's a must! The breakfast is well sorted, only the area is a bit oddly placed on the ground flour, which is perhaps better described as a souterrain, carved out in the hill. Staff is very friendly. Excellent hotel, nearly absolute top. Highly recommended. You will not regret.
