This is a wow hotel! It does not fall into traditional category, although on the outside it looks like a classical Italian palazzo. This place grows on you. It's so artistic and so quirky - we literally stopped at every corner to look at pieces of art and décor, and it was never enough! Our room was a size of a football pitch. Exceptional décor, 4 poster bed - very comfortable. It's also very quiet at night - we like to sleep with windows open and we could not hear a thing, it was just blissful... I wish the weather was a bit warmer to enjoy pool and mature gardens with wonderful ornate domes. They serve dinner in the garden as well, but for us it was a bit too cold to sit there. We did not have a big dinner but our lobster pasta was exceptional, and little petit fours were wonderful. Prices are high but it's a luxury five-star hotel and lots of them have exorbitant charges, especially on food/wine and hotel services compared to the room rate. I heard comments about high breakfast prices - we had breakfast included in the room rate and it was a high class experience (I advocate, as I love my breakfasts!). Special mentioning about exceptional service, they do try to predict your wishes and could not be more accommodating. We took hotel shuttle to Verona city centre and enjoyed chatting to the driver who gave us recommendations on what to see in just a few hours in Verona.
"Beautiful Gem 💎 "
This old villa has a special charm and is very well maintained, a must for all art lovers! Different styles are fit together in an old villa, an art of its self! Every room is also individual styled. Friendly staff and a very good breakfast buffet. The pool with pool bar has a great view and the outdoor jacuzzi are surrounded by a beautiful garden hidden between plants. Also the dinner in the garden we had with 15 people was great in atmosphere, food and service. It was my second but not last visit and I can fully recommend it!
A breath taking hotel from the moment you reach the driveway. A truly beautiful and quirky blend of the classical and modern. Stunning sprawling gardens, fantastic pool, delightful hidden jacuzzi area, interesting art where ever you looked, plus we had an exceptional dining experience al fesco. Double room was spacious, with a beautifully painted ceiling, and the bed comfy and large. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Only slight negative was that the pool side and bar drinks were very, very pricey, but the evening dining experience was very reasonable for the quality, plus there were some more reasonably priced bottles of wine hidden in the very extensive wine list. Great romantic get away.
"A feast for the sense"
Located in a restored Villa outside Verona, this hotel is an incredible fusion of historic property with an almost psychedelic collection of modern artworks. Every corner brings some new treat. The service was wonderful, rooms comfortable and spacious, the outside tables set under ornate domes magical, the pool and spa both excellent. Staying at this hotel felt like crossing into paradise. The only bad part of the entire stay was having to leave!
"Where arts meet relaxation"
What an beautiful place! Imagination has no limits - is the message of this filled with arts hotel. A paradise for eyes, taste buds and wellbeing! Outstanding customer service where taking care of a customer is on the first place. Situated away from conventional tourism, driving distance to best wineries in this region. Highly recommended l
