Nestled in The Strip, Caesars Palace is at the intersection of South Las Vegas boulevard and the east Flamingo Road.

Buena experiencia. Repetiría sin duda. Buena ubicaciónComment of S. Jose Carlos , Spain the 2016-04-28
Lovely glamorous and classy hotel, but rooms are a little outdated (stayed in Palace Towers section of hotel). Bits and pieces falling apart in the room and bathroom that need attention. Some staff were very friendly and greeted you well, others made you feel like "you're just another tourist". Great location, great hotel, but overall there is definitely room for improvement.Comment of N. SVETLANA , Australia the 2016-03-27

Good Location, Good service.Comment of Y. Yong Seok , South Korea the 2016-03-05
The only bad experience I had at Ceasars Palace was their valet. My fiancee is 7 months pregnant and mentioned this to the valet person in front of the hotel and he made us park at the Coloseum Valet which was on the other side of the building and a far walk from where our room was located. He did not care one bit that she was pregnant. Other than this issue, our stay at Ceasars Palace was great.Comment of A. Jaime , United States the 2016-02-09
Realmente la pasamos excelentemente bien durante los días de estancia en el hotel, por sus servicios, y todo lo demás que ya opiné en la sección anterior.Comment of O. JOSE LUIS , Mexico the 2016-02-04

Amazing pool-area, big rooms, very comfortable beds and shopping center right in the hotel. Also the Staff in the Bacchanal-buffet were really friendly and the food was very good!Comment of S. Anna-Riikka , Finland the 2013-07-05
"Decent - not great "
I had a room in the Octavius tower- it was clean but a little worn. Faucets were leaky and squeaky, some wall paper was peeling, the mini bar was notoriously expensive and not functional as a regular refrigerator. The bed was comfortable and unlike some of the other towers the room didn't smell like smoke (I've stayed in other non smoking rooms at Ceasars that definitely smelled of smoke).
"I don't recommend Caesars Palace - terrible customer service."
We were in Vegas for 4 nights and stayed at Trump International on the strip the first two nights, at Hilton on the 3rd night and booked in at Cesars for our fourth night as we like a bit of variety and the chance to enjoy an experience at different hotels. We were really looking forward to staying here and now I never want to go back. We drove up to the hotel and were told that the valet parking is full & were directed to the self park. From there, we had no idea where to go. We were 3 of us and being international travellers on a long holiday in the states we had six big suitcases with us. At the parking, we saw a security guard whom we asked for directions. He told us to take the elevator down but when we reached it was in a far corner of the hotel and there were no bellboys to help with our bags. I left the bags with my friends and walked all the way to check-in and related the happenings to the person who helped me check-in. He brushed me off by saying that the valet parking sometimes gets full and his response was to go back to level 1 of the car parks and ask a bell boy to help with the bags. We did exactly that and were told by a staff member that only the front desk can send our bags to the room so we need to go there to get a bell boy. Surely the man at check-in could have called for a bellboy straight away to help us instead of making us ask around, even after I explained my frustrations to him about having many bags and having to cart it from the car park to the ground level'' Frustrated that nobody could help we then had to take all our big bags (we were 3 people, so that's two big suitcases per person) through the busy casino floor and across to the other side of the hotel and to our rooms. The check-in process should have taken us a few minutes instead the whole running around took us 45 mins to an hour to get to our room from the car park and we were tired and well as grumpy when we finally got to the room because several staff members passed us and not one of them stopped to ask why we were carting all these big bags ourselves and if they could call someone to help. I called the front desk and expressed my frustration to the lady who answered. She heard me out and asked me to hold the line to speak to her supervisor. I was on hold for 20 minutes before the call dropped and nobody bothered to call back to talk to me about my concerns. Sure made us feel like unwanted guests in a hotel where our presence meant absolutely nothing to the hosts. To make things worse, when we called for a bellboy boy this morning to check out, he came to our room immediately after our call. We were just pushing in the last minute things and zipping up the bags and I told him we would be no longer than a minute but he said that he cannot wait and asked us to call for another bell boy in a minute or whenever we are ready. At that point, my friends and I had enough and we decided to just take the bags to self parking ourselves. Terrible customer service Caesars, you need to get your act together. I've stayed at most hotels on the strip and even the lower tiers ones were better than you because they made us feel valued as customers.
"please do take an upgrade!"
I recently stayed at Caesar's palace and was excited but all nervous because the reviews I read were mixed and they said don't get placed in the old forum tower. Well I had to check in early because of the 5k Rock and Roll Las Vegas run I was doing and wanted to rest and get ready. Most of the hotels now have a kiosk to check in early for a nominal fee. ( 35.00 ) I didn't mind because I got a good deal with Expedia bundle rate. The room was in the forum tower and right in the center. Well room was alright and bathroom nice. I opened the curtains and looked out onto a retaining cement wall. Ugly and no view of anything. I felt like being on a cruise ship with no portal. The next day I asked for an upgrade. They gave me a little pushback until I agreed to pay for the upgrade.( another 35.00 per day ) I said ok. Well I was placed on the 23rd floor in the Octavius tower overlooking the pool. THE ROOM WAS AMAZING AND THE BATHROOM SPACIOUS AND THE FLOOR HEATED A nice touch . I felt like I was in a suite. LOVED IT and Really enjoyed the rest of my stay.
"CP ... not for everyone ... but if you want to feel pampered, it's the place to go."
I've read people complaining about cost, parking, food, etc. People need to understand this is Las Vegas - they get all kinds of people and expensive hotels is not for everyone. I am a frequent player at CP and enjoy all amenities that come with loyalty. The rooms are big, clean, quiet, and elegant. Food is always expensive anywhere in the strip so that's understandable. However, except of the Americano cafe, most restaurants have great food! Staff at the registration (most specially hosts), valet, casino, restrooms, and restaurants are all very customer oriented and want to please their guests. Every now and then, you'll come across someone who's having a bad day as most of us do experience.
"A Solid Tier 2 Hotel"
Caesar's Palace is a good hotel for a personal vacation or business trip. The convention centre is nice, but he hotel and casino is a step down from the Tier 1 hotels. Rooms are clean, service is good, food options are good. The Forum Shops are always nice with many dining options. A solid place if the price is right.
