"5 stars in what world'"
I am out of this world amazed that this place is classified as a 5 star hotel. I am uncertain as to where to begin but perhaps we can start with the picture I have uploaded. That's room service. That's almost 40 usd dollars. Imagine my shock when I saw this brought to my door. We ordered grilled arrachera and this is what we got. The caprese salad is not even remotely fresh. Tastes like they thawed out an old tomato to make it and I'm pretty convinced those fries are from Macdonald's. I'm willing to bet on it. You have to pay for wi fi and the room has no complimentary water. Literally everything has a cost. I'm surprised I didn't pay for sheets on the way in. I've had a more luxurious stay at a 3 star hotel. I am absolutely floored. This place is so worn and outdated. Maybe this place was 5 star 7 years ago when this decore made sense. I am so terribly disappointed. My money clearly would be spent better elsewhere. I really wish I had more positive things to say; I was really looking forward to this trip and this stay. I have been ever so polite about it all but inside I'm fuming.
Located in the modern zone of Mexico City. Beautiful setting, loved the room, which had a separate water closet from bathroom area. Nice area to walk around. Rooms are spacious, with a separate seating area.

"Good stay "
This hotel came recommended through my local friends, located in a nice locality Santa Fe, surrounded by hotels like Hilton, Sheraton , JW Marriot and so many corporate offices. Hotel rooms were decent , but surprisingly there was no hot water kettle to make tea coffee in the room . We had to call for a hot water pot. Coffee shop food and breakfast was good. Staff friendly .
