"Shame about the bed, bath & shower...."
Upon arrival everything was great and all requests had been met - early check in & cot but when we got in to bed it was like lying on a wooden plank and everytime you moved it made huge noise. When I went to bath my 2 year old in the morning I couldn't understand why the bath wouldn't fill - the stopper didn't fit. Not good when you have a 2 year old ready for a bath. When I went for a shower only a few of the jets worked and I ended up getting so cold. Upon complaint they wanted to give us €20 off but wouldn't allow us to write a review in return so we didn't accept it. Our complaints were not listened to and we were told "there is nothing wrong with the bed". It was our first night away in a hotel as a family and I was throughouly dissappointed. Won't be staying there again. It was such a shame as location and breakfast were lovely, if we had have been listened to when checking out it would have made all the difference.
"Perfect location due business trip"
Another great stay on business. Both bathroom and bedroom huge. Great working area as on business. Plenty of wardrobe space, facilities for ironing with both iron and board with out having to request from reception. Totally recommend
To start with, the hotel is not easy to find, no signs anywhere.... The bar is not very comfortable or welcoming and rooms are cold. The AC is blowing cold air even when set on C 23. I have never before seen a plug - in portable heater supplied in hotel room, so that would give me impression that I am not the first person to complain. The only bonus is that Dublin airport is very close by.
"Good Business Hotel with very good facilities."
I have stayed here for the last 4 weeks on business and I would rate the hotel as follows: Location ***** : Just off the M50 midway between N2 and N3, very convenient Bed *** : OK, nothing special, pretty comfortable Bathroom and Shower ***** : Really good Room ** : I would have given it 4 stars only its very cold and night and the heating is not adequate. I stayed here in the winter Breakfast **** : Good buffet style breakfast Dinner **** : I had dinner once and it was pretty nice Bar Food **** : Pretty nice and not too dear Staff ***** : Very friendly and helpful Very good hotel, only downside is that the room is too cold during the winter.
"Excellent Stay in a beautiful, Modern Hotel"
We were winners of a competition through their Facebook page. Our prize was a one night stay for 2 adults and 2 children with free passes to the local Aquazone. We have 2 children one of them being a 6 month old baby so when I contacted them to ask if it was ok for my 11year old to bring a friend they were more than accommodating. It meant we had to pay €50 for an upgrade but it was worth it!!! We got the best suite in the hotel and it was beautiful!! The room was so clean and huge! We also got breakfast the following morning delivered up to our room and it was beautiful. The staff were so friendly and unlike most hotels there was a really nice atmosphere in the hotel. The hotel was very busy but there was a lovely buzz up there. It was only a 15-20min spin to the zoo and into the city centre and a 5 min drive to Blanchardstown Shopping Centre and the amazing Aquazone. I would definitely recommend this hotels to families.
