"its an OK hotel"
we stayed here last summer . the hotels location is good . rooms were large . the only issue is service . service is forceful . i mean you have to force your way to get good service . food was ok . macau is very competitive . they are in large business of check in and check out . if you are looking for service culture . do not expect . otherwise a good hotel.
Very very kind staff, my visit was perfect! I recommend it, if you want an excellent relation between quality and price. Very close to ferry terminal and connected with buses. You have 30 min walking to the old town, but the zone has a lot of entertainments walking.
"Good and comfy hotel"
I enjoyed this place. Good place at a reasonable price. Rooms were very large for a standard room. Very comfortable and a great few nights sleep. Clean and tidy. although staff struggled with English, they would always get a staff member who could communicate when ever I was in the Lobby needing information. Be aware that the East Castle Spa attached to the hotel is not just a spa for massages but also for soliciting sex. I was taken back when going there as all I wanted was a back massage. instead I was sat down and explained how the "menu" worked. So, yea, had to find a legitimate spa for a regular massage. All in all, a great hotel. Has it's own small casino attached if you want to loose soe money. Has shuttles every 30 min to the ferry terminal, from there you can get to any of the big hotels on the Cotai strip. You can also walk to the historical centre of Macau. Very central hotel.
"Location is Convenience"
The hotel nears ferry pier. Provide shuttle bus to both the ferry pier and boarder gate. Takes around 15 minutes walk to the Historic Centre of Macau, and the Runs of St. Paul's. The rooms are big and clean I feel satify with it.
"A good 4 star hotel"
Booked 2 rooms for one night for the family on a short 2 days visit to Macau. Tastefully presentable small lobby with friendly and attentive staff. Most can speak English. One of the entry point to the hotel's casino is opposite the check-in counters which covers 3 or 4 floors. Apparently, it seems like the main security is at the hotel lobby only. Because of the various entry points, anyone can go up to the guest rooms floors from the other entry points. There's no security access card function in the lifts. That aside, the rooms are very spacious, clean and comes with all the necessities like safe, mini fridge and toiletries. Good WiFi connection and cable TV though no movies. Some of the rooms have very small windows with no view. As with all the hotels in Macau, there's a free shuttle service to the ferry terminal which is only about 10 mins away but it's not anything like those bus coaches provided by Sands etc. Taxi to town is also around 10 mins and cost MOP25 to 27. Overall a very good decent hotel.
