Sited within a prime location on 45th Street in Midtown Manhattan, near the bustle of Times Square, world class shopping experiences of Fifth and Madison Avenues, and the bright lights of New York's theater district.
"Nice room, friendly staff, but valet parking was terrible."
The room was nice, but a little small. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only downside was the valet parking. I had to wait too long when I checked in and when I checked out I had to wait almost an hour. The hotel staff was great, but the outside parking service was terrible. Did I say terrible enough times'!
"Decent location but not my favorite. "
First and foremost the hotel staff is friendly and deserves a kudos. Overall my impression of the hotel is it's basic and you can find a lot better in the same price point in the city. My guest room seems dingy and the heating/AC doesn't work. Woke up to 80 degrees of dry heat both nights. Last night there seems to be some construction in the room above mine that lasted for 30+ minutes around midnight. Location is convenient to Time Square.
"Great location, big room for NYC"
Our room was on the 22nd floor and it was quite big for NY space. Super clean and even the bathroom had enough space to spread out a little. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. It's just off of Time Square so the bright lights and noise are minimal. Close to subway and Broadway shows!
"Best location in New York!!"
The staff here are wonderful. Very helpful and friendly. They were only too happy to help with a few requests I had and did everything they could to make my stay there incredibly pleasant. The hotel is clean. The rooms are clean, quite large compared to standard NY sized hotel rooms. Great location. 5 minutes walk from Times Square/5th Av. So close to theatres, shopping, restaurants, tours, public transportation, Bryant Park, Grand Central Station, etc. Central Park is a short 10 min walk away. Many other iconic landmarks and much more all within walking distance. When I go back to New York, I will certainly be staying at Cassa Hotel. Note: Even though it is close to Times Square, you are not on top of it,which is great. Why' Because the room is quiet, you get get a good night's sleep and the lights from times sq aren't shining in your room al night!! Great hotel!! Highly recommended.
Had no complaints from the time we checked in to the time that we left. The front desk were very nice. Would definitely stay here again. Once we got to our room the front desk called to see how everything was. The bathroom was very large for a boutique hotel and the shower was great with hot water.
