Carpe Diem Team is wonderful ! David,Dasa,Dino,Olga,we love them,we can not wait to be there again. 很明智选择幻影酒店，在芭堤雅几天没出过酒店，最多到酒店门口family mart买买日用品零食，门口也有买水果，价格还可以。双床房床铺有1.5米，好大，带孩子睡完全没问题。洗澡喷头出水不痛快，孩子老人洗澡不方便。早餐不错。早餐厅边上的儿童中心要收费，这点比较罕见，一般酒店都是免费的。
"Nice for family"
We had a pleasant stay in Centara Grand Mirage. We were a group of 18 friends with 4 kids included. Positive aspects: - 100 family hotel; - very very good food and big diversity of meals. - well positioned; - u feel safe in. Need improvements: - when I arrived, my room (427) was not properly cleaned. I desinfected by myself the toilet, I cleaned the balcony windows, I cleaned the dust. I went to the reception manager and i claimed that the room was not properly cleaned and the next day 3 housemaids came to my room and they perfectly cleaned it. Since then, my room was perfectly done each day. Thank u, reception nice manager! - if u dont watch carefully the bill at the hotel restaurants, the waiters will charge u more than u order (in Aqua, I took from a la carte menu a beef stake of 1800 bahts and they charged me double). - the personnel from the restaurants is not very prompt in serving you, and if you ask them to serve you quicker, they become aggressive. This happened to us several times, but the most aggressive was a kind of boss of the waiters. A very aggressive guy! When we requested to ask his manager to come to us because of his attitude, he was scared, he went personally to bring his manager but he never came with his manager.... - the only nice waiter who does his job very good, he is kind and always supportive was Tavorn from Italian restaurant. He helped us several times and we chose to go more often to the restaurant he was the manager. Well done, Tavorn. I mention you here may be your management will see how dedicated you are to your job! - the slippers you find in the room are used and although they are put there as not being used, are dirty. :-( So strange, never seen this in a 5 stars hotel! - the New Year Eve was disappointing from entertainment point of view. We had places in Grand Ballroom but is the 1st NYE in my life where I dont dance because there was no music for dancing. - we did massage outside the hotel because the spa in the hotel is all the time fullybooked. - what was good for the hotel but bad for us was the fact that u always have to good early to book a sunbed. The hotel was ultra crowded. - for lunch u have to wait the order at least 1 h. We preffered to take good lunches in the restaurant which is very close to the hotel, u can see their advertise from the hotel balcony (Fresh see food) - 2 minutes walking from the hotel beach on the beach to get there.
"Great place for whole family.."
We visited the resort during the christmas break, for 5 nights. It is an absolutely wonderful resort to be in. The food, the service, the ambiance and most importantly the entertainment for kids was superb. My daughter cannot forget the Carpe Diem Team of David, Dasa and Dino,who made this trip even more memorable for us. We will definitely stay there again if we visit pattaya!
"Family residence stay."
We stayed in the ocean view family residence. We were happy with the room the only problem being the low level of lighting ,especially in the bathroom. The double bunk with the pull out third bed is great. The main selling point of the hotel is the pools and slides( which are fantastic and well maintained ) and the gardens ( which are the best i have seen at a hotel )
"Nice, clean, and trustworthy hotel especially for family"
I would like to rate this hotel as the best family hotel in Thailand, not only in Pattaya area. My family stayed here 3 days and 2 nights. We played its pool facility (or we can call small water park) for 3 times. Quite fun. The staff here was very generous and well-trained too. There also was an entertaining team so called "Carpe Diem Team" provided us some activities since we arrived (I still remembered their names; David, Dasa, Dino, and Olga). Thanks for our good weekend.
