"Best hotel in Zermatt"
This hotel is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Service in amazing and the view also!!! We brought our dog and he got special treatment. They had treats, waterbowl and bed ready for him. Loved this place.
"Nice, cozy mountain boutique"
I only stayed at this hotel for 1 night, and I wish I could have stayed longer! I did a 2 and a half week Europe trip, and this was my favorite hotel that I stayed at. The service was amazing. We were greeted with a glass of wine because we ended up walking to the hotel from the train station (not knowing they had a hotel shuttle), and I think they felt bad. It's not a terrible walk, but with a large suitcase, it's not ideal. The room was so nice, cozy and had a deck looking out at the Matterhorn. The bed was very comfortable. We had dinner at the hotel, which was good (not cheap), and the free hotel breakfast was also great with a wide variety of foods. Quick walk into town/the main street. To end our night in Zermatt, we went to the hotel's spa and took a dip in the hot tub, did some stargazing, and also went into the sauna, which was really nice. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. It was so worth the splurge.
"A gem in the Swiss Alps"
Our stay at Cervo was amazing from beginning to end. No better way to start than with a warm greeting and cold glass of white wine overlooking the Matterhorn. The room was exquisite - modern, sizable, and very comfortable. The complimentary beverages were greatly appreciated and the balcony was an added bonus to soak in the city lights after a day of exploring. The morning breakfast was sensational - a wonderful cold bar with a large selection of fresh goodies, as well as cooked meals from the kitchen. The entire experience was upscale, yet down to earth. The staff was warm and welcoming, making you feel at home.
"Great Fall stay"
Wonderful boutique hotel in Zermatt. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful with things to do/see recommendations. Had a really nice dinner meal and breakfast in the hotel restaurant. Make sure you know there is a hotel shuttle from the train station. I did not and it is a bit of an uphill walk with luggage. For walking around, ask the front desk about using the elevator outside (especially in the evenings) that connects with the tunnel that goes to the village. A much easier route!
"Very cosy place, at a Swiss cost"
Went there for six days, in August. We were blessed by superb weather a direct view on the Matterhorn. Room had ample space and complete amenities, and was next to the spa area (it is nice to be able to go directly from the room to the sauna or jacuzzi without having to wander in the common area). The staff is welcoming and attentive. One caveat: being at the lower level, we have waterfall noise from the rooms above, which can be annoying in the night.
