Good selection of meats and cuts, own dried aged beef, a very cool menu and a nice restaurant decor! Staff is very friendly and professional. But expect a fat bill in the end... I know meat is expensive in Switzerland but they really abuse on the meat prices...
Excellent food and service in a Hotel with 500 years of history. Situated in a beautiful village surrounded by mountains. The Venison and blue cabbage Lunch special was fabulous and it came with a wonderful broth and egg soup and a succulent apple crisp dessert , all for 19CH. Milena provided outstanding service and advised us of many things around the region. There are 3 restaurants...we ate in Heimati. Be sure to try the local IPA craft beer...its a treat. There is a very cozy horseshoe bar near reception with barrel aged Negroni... a must have....

I've had the chance to stay at the Chesa Rosatsch several times. And not once was I disappointed in anything at all. They have a great casual dining restaurant, offering a great selection of meat and flamenkueche and other specialties. The food is exquisite ! Sometimes I think I even want to come here only for the food. There is also a gastronomic restaurant that offers slow food that you absolutely need to try out. The rooms are of great comfort and one of the things I adore is the good smell of the wood. Needless to say how good the service is, this hotel has got it all.
"A Special Inn on the Inn River"
The Chesa Rostasch is a small hotel tucked away off the main road in Celerina next to the Inn River. Made up of 3 connected buildings, old to new, you get a true taste of Switzerland. The common areas are in the traditional Swiss pine decor. The small, but adequate, bar area is welcoming with its corner fireplace. Coffee and tea are served in the common area from 3 to 5. We had a superior grade room with balcony that faced a quiet courtyard. The storage was incredible. We stay for 6 weeks so we bring "stuff". The staff is young,efficient, and enthusiastic. They make the hotel a happy place. You can tell they enjoy working there and they work well with each other. Breakfast is the usual breads, meats, and fruits but then they add smoothies, eggs, and a special treat of the day. This hotel ranks as our favorite in the 16 years we have been traveling to Switzerland in the summer.

The casual restaurant Uondas offers delicious dry aged meat though it comes with an hazardous price tag. A 2 people 900gr beef was 250 USD. For a casual dining definitely too lavish pricing. Another turn off is when ordering the tipical predinner Prosecco you dont get anything as small bite to pair the drink. As i asked for some crisp the guy looked at me as if i just pretended iranian beluga.
