"excellent Spa Experience"
I completely enjoyed my treatment. The only Spa offering Ayurvedic treatment in Macau. Highly recommend Shirodhara spa package. No need to try in India....great!! Beside nice and high end facilities...very clean and luxury...
"Happy weekend in colorful Macau"
Such a happy trip in Macau. Excellent location, convenience where it's not as crowded as other hotels. Super nice view from my room. A lot of entertainments, shopping and good restaurants around. Club Cubic is fun and it's just a mins from Crown.
"Grand design with superb services"
Macau is well-known for many well-designed hotels and this one is of no exception. Upon entering the hotel, you are truly attracted to the various exhibits inside. Moreover, inside the hotel room, you will find the facilities are all well-designed and placed to give you a feel of its elegance. Service-wise, the hotel staff are all very polite and pro-active to serve. I really enjoy my stay here.
I adored my stay, they make great food, the pool is big and beautiful, the staff are cool and it is also very private. The rooms are also beautifully decorated and the mini bar is fabulous. I loved the bamboo plants they had all around, it smelled lovely and natural. The complimentary water and lemonade at the pool was also appreciated. Cannot wait to come back. Thank Crown Towers
"Modern, efficient hotel"
The City of Dreams is a vast casino and shopping complex in Macau with three (soon to be four) hotels, located along with several other casinos on reclaimed land accessed via a bridge from the main city of Macau (which is maybe ten minutes by inexpensive taxi). The Crown Towers is one of these hotels. It has a smart lobby and my room (2191) was large and comfortable, with a walk-in wardrobe area and large bathroom. The bed was comfortable and there was a marble desk in the main room, as well as a Nespresso coffee maker. The casino complex has a wide range of restaurants, but the Crown Towers has the most upmarket of them, with two Michelin starred (at the time of writing) Tasting Room and Jade Dragon, and one Michelin starred sushi restaurant Shinji. There was free wifi at a decent though hardly racy 6 Mbps download speed. The staff that I encountered were excellent: friendly and helpful. If you are staying in Macau then Crown Towers is a good choice.
