"Can I please make a permanent reservation'"
My brother and I spent the first two nights of our eight-day-four-country Hard Rock Adventure staying in the Hard Rock Hotel Macau and what a way to begin the trip! The shuttle bus from the airport dropped us off outside the door of the main casino complex, so this is where we entered. It was so grand and just mind-blowing. The casino doorman helped us with directions to the Hard Rock Hotel, where we were greeted by Nic who directed us to Jacky at reception. We were somewhat distracted at this point by the vast wall of rock and roll memorabilia on display. Jacky checked us in and explained everything so well. He gave us a couple of complimentary vouchers to use throughout the complex and due to my VIP Hard Rock status we were also offered a late check out . We headed up to the twentieth floor and were in absolute awe of the hotel in general. We then entered our room which was extremely spacious and completely awesome. It housed two queen beds decked out in super comfortable “Sleep like a Rock” bedding. The room also featured a large flat-screen TV, complimentary music streaming channels, a desk area, complimentary Wi-Fi, a mini bar offering a unique selection of upscale goodies, an in-room safe, an alarm clock with MP3 connection and even cotton bathrobes and slippers. I really felt like a rock star! During our short stay we didn’t have time to have a spa treatment, but we did have the opportunity to be shown around the guitar-shaped pool and gym. These facilities were fantastic and I would have loved the opportunity to utilise them. All-in-all the service was outstanding. All of the staff went out of their way to make sure we were completely satisfied – which we were. I certainly recommend the Hard Rock Hotel Macau and will undoubtedly return.
"Nice modern property, convenient to strip"
Overall, it's a very convenient and nice property. The hotel is modern, rooms are clean. There are the usual high end retail shops, a good selection of eateries and a cool dancing waters show. Came with the family for a weekend trip from HK and we all enjoyed it. Not much to see in the way of a view from our room but it was great if you don't look out but then again, we did not spend that much time in our room. We did not have time to enjoy the pool, spa or casino but I'd stay again on our next trip to Macau. Take the free City of Dreams bus from the Cotai Ferry Terminal.
"Nice hotel to celebrate anniversay"
Nice special decoration with wine. Really relaxed to stay and it is convenient for you to go to other places with the frequent free hotel shuttle bus. Food and atmosphere in Hard Rock Cafe is nice too.
"Hard rock hotel and casino with family"
Hotel Is not very exciting although the hard rock cafe staff very very friendly and helpful. So many new hitels recently opened I would skip the stay and choose something more exciting. The poolside area is nice, but no frills.
"Coolest hotel in town"
Hard Rock Hotel Macau has got to be the coolest hotel in town. The location is terrific. Hop on the free City of Dreams shuttle bus from the Cotai Ferry Terminal that is right next to the Airport and you're there in about five minutes. You're greeted by a huge wall of rock and roll memorabilia such as signed guitars from many rockers, Elton John's crown and Michael Jackson's glove. The accommodations are nice and the staff is very helpful. The pool is really cool with real sand, a huge outdoor jacuzzi, and an awesome view of the Venetian right across the street. I would stay there again in a hot second. They will deliver a guitar to your room so that ou can rock out on a beautiful Fender as well! Rock on!
