Spent 2 nights in this hotel. Great location in City of Dreams, near Venetian and Parisian Macao. Their staff gave great service, but their English accent weren't good enough. Wi-fi connection were very stable and fast. There were shuttle buses to ferry terminal, airport, and border gate.
"Nice and Spacious Hotel"
Front desk staff were very helpful. Thanks Assistant Manager Front Desk Kenny for his service. A very clean room and fresh - nice that there is no trace of smoker smells for the non-smoking rooms. It is conveniently connected to the City of Dreams - Housing of the Dancing Water.
"Not just for hipsters"
We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel room was spacious and well lit. We had a nice view of the Venetian from our room. The mini bar was well stocked (The hotel calls it the Maxi bar and rightly so). The service is friendly and cheerful. The location is great. You have a lot of places to eat and shop. Hard rock café is iconic and open almost through the night (or maybe even open 24/7.. I was too sleepy to find out) If you tire of those options, you can walk to venetian or Parisian and have more shopping and gambling. The attached casino is not very big , but the restaurants and shops are really good. Our check in took a little time, but checkout was a breeze. At the risk of repeating myself, I must compliment them on their service and helpfulness. This was a refreshing change from the stoic attitude and faces I generally encountered during my trip. They have room service and a glace showed it to be reasonably priced. I didn't use it and hence cannot comment on its taste or timely service. If I visit again, I would definitely stay here. A couple of things which could improve the stay would be to restock the tea and coffee especially when the guest stays for a longer period. They did replenish the water though.
Easily one of my favorite hotels in Macau. Check In was a breeze. Room was spacious, triple the size of the hotel room we stayed in in HK. Pool was great not too warm, the cafe also had great mojitos and shuttle to the main island are also provided. Absolutely worth the price. Oh, and I also took advantage and requested for a telecaster for the night which came with noise cancelling headphones and a fender pedalboard, free of charge.
"Hard Rock! "
Spend 2 nights there, was very nice. Convenient location , you can walk from the Hotel to Venetian, Wynn Palace, even The Parisian and Studio City. Not far. Free Shuttle bus to Airport, Ferry terminal and Macau City center. Meal Plan you can try the Hard Rock Cafe (each room per night can get 2 welcome drink) and don't forget to visit second floor SOHO!
