We stayed here on a Luxury Package deal. Hotel location excellent. Close to shopping centres, restaurants, attractions. Staff: excellent , always helpful, smiling. Rooms: stunning , large, big bathroom, free wifi We also had access to the executive club on the 31st floor, for afternoon tea and drinks/canopies at night. Great view from this floor. Breakfast on the 4th floor. Outstanding. We only had breakfast on the ground floor, only once, but very nice, wide selection. Overall, we definitely will return again. Outstanding hotel.
"Fantastic Hotel and Staff"
We stayed in the Centennial suite...,I would highly recommend it. Having access to the executive lounge was amazing....breakfast, afternoon tea and nightly drinks and snacks, all part of the package. The staff are extremely helpful and always ready with a smile.
From arrival at Conrad Centennial to departure the service was amazing. We were on a 3 day luxury escape and it was the best value ever. I was unfortunately unwell for the whole stay and staff went to great measures to ensure I had everything I needed to be comfortable. I was too unwell to go down for the meal included it the deal so they arranged room service. They gave us a late check out to allow me to rest prior to the flight. The rang to ensure I was alright. Breakfast was very good and my husband really enjoyed the food. I would go back and hope we get the opportunity to.
We had great experience from the front desk, the guy helping us with our luggage to our room and the housekeepers who kept our room tidy and made sure our needed stuffs were refilled each day. The hotel alone is so elegant and their buffet breakfast was superb can't complain with the variety of food served and the servers who were always attentive to their customers. Our upgraded room was beautiful and packed. We will definitely come back and stay here n our next Singapore visit!
"Nice hotel. Service is good but..."
Stayed here for 4 nights in 2 connecting rooms for my family of 6. I chose this hotel because of the amenities, nice reviews plus the location. When we arrived, we were immediately assisted with our luggages & was able to check-in without hassle. Next day, we went to have breakfast at Oscar's around 10am & it seemed all the servers was already busy cleaning up & preparing for lunch that nobody was assigned to look after their guests. It was hard to call & get their attention. I tried making a complain using the Hilton app on my phone & was surprised the next day, the manager, Ms. Kanako, approached me & was very apologetic about it. The receptionist, Tweet, who realized we were from the Philippines, was very accomodating & gave my 3 kids the Conrad bears. Another filipina server, Rosalyn, was also very helpful & kept asking if we needed anything. The rooms were still very nice & the aircon was excellent. The in-room dining was also perfect when we were all tired from walking around during the day. My only complain is the people in the lobby door. Sometimes they would open the door for you, at times they act they do not see you. I dont mind but at times you are carrying lots of things & still you dont get any help. The concierge people are helpful. A guy named Juni was very accomodating & even would bring us to the Uber or cab we were going to take from the hotel. During check out, a guy named Martin assisted me. I tried asking him nicely if he can process the refund for the deposit made to my card & he was very sarcastic in telling me nothing was charged to my card. I wanted to ask for his supervisor but just let things go as we were in a hurry to go to the airport. This guy totally lack customer service especially being assigned to the front desk. Overall, the hotel is well maintained, has a beautiful pool & gym but unfortunately I had no time to try. Shops are all around & very accessible.
