"the value of Conrad Indy"
To most people visiting the city, this is the nicest place in town for them if you are only used to the grind of domestic travel. I thought the staff was super nice and my room was super comfortable. I ordered room service and my food was cooked to my liking..for a place like Indy almost 20bucks for bacon seemed super excessive. When I stayed here, no upgrade was given which was surprising since the hotel was virtually empty. There was no glass of wine, fruit or any extra amenity. At the Hilton next door they give you a glass of something. When I checked out the woman seemed confused about whether or not I needed to pay for premium internet. Perhaps this property does not need to show love for HH guests. I had a good stay here, but I felt loved at the Hilton as a frequent member for less money. I do not have an intention to return unless I have a specific need to do so.
"Wow!! A Must Stay"
From valet to front desk to doormen, all staff is so professional friendly obliging. Suites are spacious elegant luxurious to a whole new level. Mall is next door inside walk to. Great pool and hot tub. Tvs in bathroom. Amazing shower and tub. Comfy beds. Great views. Walking distance to anything. Room service available. In room snacks. Top of the line lobby and business center with touch huge screens.
"Stay away - It's comedy hour at the front desk"
When I checked-in the person at the front desk had me confused with another guest. The gentleman kept insisting that I was Mark Stephens, even going so far as to 1) Ask if I was sure my name was not Mark Stephens, 2) Ask if I was sharing a room with Mark Stephens, and 3) Giving me an envelope with Mr. Stephen's name on it. When I went up to my room, my keycard did not work so I returned to the front desk. Another gentleman helped me. He apologized, listened when I explained that I was not Mr. Stephens, and gave me Room 716. I asked (as I typically do because I am a Diamond member) if I had received a room upgrade and he said no. There were no upgrades/suites available. When I entered Room 716 I found it a little disorganized and then realized there was someone in the bathroom! THE MAN HAD GIVEN ME AN OCCUPIED ROOM! When I went downstairs for the third time, the man who had helped me originally was available. He gave me Room 601, a corner suite. When I called him out on the fact that I was told no suites were available he brushed me off. I was so flustered I just walked away. When I checked out, I recounted this story to the lady who helped me. She apologized and gave me a $100 gift certificate off a future stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, I don't think I will stay at this hotel again. I travel to Indianapolis frequently for work, but there are better options. Less fancy options for sure, but at least they get my name correct, greet me as a Diamond member when I check-in, and provide me with an unoccupied room on the first try.
"Very Nice- Will stay here again & again"
Great location, staff was pleasant and helpful, room was spacious. Loved the bathroom and bed ( slept the best I have in some time in a hotel. The have a dual head shower and also soaking tub, which was a nice touch.
"Wow - Loved It!"
We did a staycation at the Conrad Indianapolis and absolutely loved it. The indoor pool was quite nice and the location is great - close to lots of shopping, restaurants and attractions. Would love to go back for another staycation.
