"Lovely hotel, easy transfer from airport"
I love Conrad hotels. Although the omelets were not quite as amazing as the ones we had at the Conrad Tokyo, this hotel is amazing. They helped us navigate to where we wanted to go and the accommodations are beautiful. The only negative to this hotel is the fact that it is outside the center of the city. The views overlooking the river from the rooms is stunning.
"Expensive but Worth it"
I stayed at the Conrad during a recent business trip to Seoul for three nights. The hotel is the best I've stayed in Seoul and the price reflected it. As you would expect, it is a "full-service" hotel with all the available amenities.
"Stylish luxury hotel in Seoul"
This is my 2nd trip visiting Seoul and it was an absolutely amazing holiday trip when choosing to stay at Conrad Seoul. The hotel is located in Yeouido business district, connected to the IFC mall. Though it is quite far from the downtown area, it's only about 10 minutes walk from the subway station where I can enjoy visiting many famous places of this charming city, conveniently. The hotel has a variety of restaurants and bars. The breakfast venue is huge with a wide range of international, asian and Korean cuisines. The italian restaurant provides classic Italian dishes and good wine. Restaurant staff is professional and friendly. The top-floor restaurant offers great panoramic views of Han river - great place for afternoon coffee or cozy dinner. The roof-top outdoor bar is my favourite to enjoy a glass of cocktail or wine each night before bed time. There are a beautiful Conrad Spa and the indoor swimming pool on the same floor. No chance to relax at the spa or the pool this time. The hotel room is comfortable with spacious bathroom. My room is overlooking the Han river - just a nice room I do not want to leave. Great place to stay and I shall return soon!
My husband and I were thoroughly pampered for four nights at the Conrad Seoul. It is an exceptional hotel in every way -- staff, services, facilities. From the moment we entered the elegant lobby (with ceilings three stories high), we knew we were in for a special experience. The reception staff was welcoming and efficiently checked us in with an upgraded room on the 32nd floor overlooking the Han River -- a spectacular view. The room was luxuriously appointed with high quality beddings, a bedside touchpad to control all of the lights and window blinds, and even a TV screen built into the bathroom mirror (much to our surprise!), in addition to the regular large TV in the bedroom which had our names printed on the welcome screen. As Hilton Diamond Members, we had access to the huge Executive Lounge on the 37th floor. Cocktails and hot appetizers are served from 5-7 p.m. daily. The spread is generous and constantly refilled. The Lounge was filled with local residents who were enjoying their "stay-cations" which are popular in Seoul these days. All of the staff in the Executive Lounge were outstanding and treated us like honored guests. Ms. Seungmi Kim, Mr. Cook Kang, Ms. Elin Kim, and many others greeted us each evening and provided impeccable service. The Concierge staff, especially Mr. Brian Han, took the time to carefully help us plot out each day's touring in great detail (destination information, reservations, transport, restaurants, etc.). No question or request was ever too small. Everyone was gracious and helpful. Breakfast in the Conrad's restaurant on the 2nd floor was a generous array of Western, Chinese, and Korean cuisines. The presentation was outstanding and food quality high. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the Metro station located beneath the IFC Tower where the Conrad is located. The Conrad Seoul is on Yeouido island on the south side of the Han River. It took us about an hour to go anywhere, so build in lots of time in your planning. Nonetheless, its location will not prevent us from returning. It was a luxurious oasis in this city of 10 million people. When arriving at Incheon International Airport, take airport limousine Bus 6030 right outside of baggage claim directly to the Conrad's front door in 50-60 minutes. Cost is 15,000 Korean won ($14 USD) per person. The bus also picks up from the Conrad for the return to the airport twice an hour. We'll be back!
"Amazing hotel experience"
We stayed at the Conrad for a work event and it was an amazing experience. Exceptional Customer service, sublime food and beautiful rooms. Beds were really comfortable and the entire hotel really made you feel well looked after. The staff were extremely helpful and committed to excellence! Definitely a hotel I will absolutely revisit
