Perfect location close to tivoli and city center. Nice hotel with nice size hotel rooms. Can walk too all city sights. Clean and fresh. Bar in reception and water view. Recommend for couples and friends!
I had great experience in this hotel. Stayed for 2 nights on NY. This seems like a very good family hotel (we tried to searched for hotel with the good size and OK location that can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. and this is the only hotel that came up). We actually preferred somewhere in the middle of city. but it was a quite nice quiet walk to the centre and walkable in the winter. We were upgraded to the waterfront maybe due to my gold member. and given the access to the lounge. the room is spacious and clean, the view is great. The distance to station is about 10 minutes walk and the Tivoli is opposite the station. We ordered the room service, well priced and great. We had breakfast in the lounge and it is adequate. the variety of the canapes choices in the evening somewhat limited compared with Marriott Amsterdam (which we stayed after Copenhagen). The only minor drawback was no one manned the lounge. There was 1 that go back and forth every 20 minutes or so. When we went there there were lots of children in lounge and when they made mess, or dropped the whole cheese on the floor on breakfast or break something and the parents wasnt care about it. you can't find the attendant and get their attention. (myself is parent of 2 toddler). But overall is a pleasant stay.
"Excellent customer service"
Would truly recommend this hotel in the heart of the city. The staff was very nice and welcoming. Dragos helped us with all the info about renting the bicycles and famous landmarks. The rooms were cozy, love their beds. Didn't find the room carpets very clean, but it got compensated with the restroom being extra spacious and clean. We had a dinner at their restaurant and got served really good food and recommended local crafted beer. The check-in/out was easy and their help with the post cards was really appreciated. "Beautiful room view "
It was my second time in this hotel and I every time I stayed in here I enjoyed it so much. Rooms are huge with amazing view on the water and the city. You can also rent a bike from the concierge and explore the city from the saddle. Breakfast buffet is very rich with choices of everything you can possibly think of. There is also great bar in the lobby where you can have a nice quick meal or just some drink. I had a glass of wine and club sandwich and it was delicious. Staff was very nice and polite.
"Rent a bicycle"
I stay at many Marriotts around the world and I usually know what to expect from the hotel. The property is in a good location and the service is professional. My room was comfortable and clean with all the amenities I would expect. Copenhagen is a bicycle haven and would highly recommend everyone to rent a bicycle from the hotel to get around this historic and pedal friendly city.
