Thank you very much for providing me the outstanding services. Hope rest of ur guests will enjoy. From front desk to MOMO cafe. Specifically I want to mention the 2 names who were working in this cafe Miss June and Miss Tangwa GE. During stay my room number was 210. Rgds.
It is not too bad, but it is definitely not very good. It is a plain Jain boring hotel in less than perfect location. Thailand is a poor country. For this money you can get 5 star hotel room in the very center of Bangkok.
"Staff is AMAZING"
Really comfortable hotel and staff was super helpful throughout the hotel - check in/out; door concierge; breakfast, gym. I love this hotel as it so comfortable and great location. As a business traveller, it was so easy to get on the SkyTrain and go to where i needed be, as well as close to nightlife in Silom area.
"Holiday or Conference it's a great hotel"
This hotel have a good service overall, i was there for a three days conference. The food is good, the room great with big windows and a rather big double bed (love this). The hotel has a free tuktuk service to the nearest BTS train station which is great eventhough you can reach the station on foot. Located just behind Anantara Hotel (ex Four Season hotel), it's on a quiet neighbourhood and behind the hotel there's a seven eleven shop so no need to worry if you suddenly want to buy some late night snack. But the staff in the Momo cafe could you use more english lessons in speaking n listening, cause some of them did not understand english when i request for a specific food or drinks.
"Not bad, but certainly not great"
Check-in was slow but no real problem, failed to see that I was a Plat member. Room was big and clean, amenities standard Marriott. Nice touch with the milk and cookies, although I'm not sure how long the milk sat in the unrefrigerated hot room! Room service easy and efficient. Room felt pretty old, and a/c was noisy and clunky enough to confirm this. Lounge was really dreadful, good for coffee and juice but breakfast is made elsewhere wrapped in clingfilm and carted up. On both days of my stay gave in after waiting 15mins for omelette. I had the feeling that they wanted to have a batch of breakfasts before bothering to run them up the elevator. Either way its best to use the main breakfast area ( didn't try this as I was in a rush) Check-out fine, but not possible from the lounge. Overall really average, certainly not a destination hotel. Come-sleep-leave is what it handles best.
