"Courtyard New Orleans"
This hotel was clean we had no issues with the room the beds were very comfortable. The breakfasts were very good and the staff very helpful The location was perfect for us, close to the parades, restaurants, and the hop on hop off stops and a short walk to Bourbon St.
"Great New Orleans option"
Not your typical Courtyard. Very nice/spacious rooms which appear newly renovated. Great location in the FQ. Not loud like the hotels right off Bourbon but still close and convenient. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Totally recommend this hotel for a FQ stay!
We were treated to an upgraded room upon arrival. It was a split room with a bathroom in between the two bedrooms. It was very quiet and you could not hear the noise from Bourbon Street. It was lovely. The hotel was clean and had an incredible location. I would certainly recommend this hotel for a stay in the Quarter.
"Nice option for New Orleans"
New Orleans is filled with hotels and the Courtyard Iberville is definitely one to consider. It's in the quarter, but just at the top so you have the convenience of being close by, but not totally in the middle of the craziness. I loved the set up of the room --- it was two beds, but they were separated by the bathroom and refrigerator area so you really had some privacy. Room was well maintained and very comfortable. Most importantly (for me) was that it was very quiet. I didn't valet a car, but the valets were very helpful when I was being picked up/dropped off (it's a little complicated since the hotel is on a one way street and the driveway area is pretty narrow).
"Birthday surprise in New Orleand"
My husband turned 60 in January and I planned a trip to New Orleans as a surprise birthday gift. We have talked many times about going there so thought this would be a good opportunity. I had no idea of where to stay there but was told to stay in the French Quarter if we liked the bars, nightlife, etc...which we do. I had another couple who were going with us so we started looking at hotels. Found one which we booked but then realized that it was a room without windows....not something either of us was excited about. So started searching again....found the Courtyard on Iberville....it looked like a nice hotel..originally we thought we would like to stay at a place that screams "Nawlins"...quaint, balcony, courtyard...etc. But, I am not one to take too much of a chance on where I will be staying...Courtyard looked safe...also it is in the perfect place...just a couple blocks from Bourbon St....not on Bourbon. It was just beautiful...we were greeted in such a friendly manor by everyone we came into contact with....the hotel itself is just perfect. We asked for adjoining rooms which they said they could do but they weren't ready yet so they offered to keep our luggage safe while we took a walk. During that time we met up with my husband's cousin & his wife...another surprise for my hubby..they were also staying at the Courtyard. Our rooms were ready in about an hour and we were all very pleased...and surprised. I thought we were just getting a room but turned out it was a suite..great sitting area with a couch, chair and big TV....small kitchen area with a fridge & microwave & sink. Beautiful bathroom with both tub and shower...bedroom area was great also and had a huge TV. Everything was spotlessly clean. We couldn't have been happier and if we ever get the chance to go back to NO we will for sure stay at the Courtyard. The other two couples said the same thing..they were very happy. Needless to say I was relieved since I was the one who picked the place...it is a little nerve wracking to book a room sight unseen....very happy to say that it was perfect.
