"Excellent place to stay!"
The hotel is perfect for a business trip! You can experience a churascaria as in Rio de Janeiro or Indian cuisine! The room are clean and with a nice view, the employees are helpfull and friendly. And they sustain the excellence of customer experience! My first stay was in 2011, and I'm satying there since!
"Supplier visit "
I stayed here again and was again pleased with the condition of my room and the service. The rooms are spacious with plenty or room to work or relax and they have the best showers ever. I have now made this my Base for all my visits to India after trying several hotels. It is also close to the Cyber hub which is a great venue for eateries.
"Dinner at CP gurgaon "
Amazing service ambience and delicious food. I must acknowledge Dharmender who is one of the person who served us. He was extremely courteous and made our day extra special. We were here to celebrate our father's birthday and he made sure it was something to remember. Kudos to CP team. Best luck.
"Great Hotel - Bad Guts"
Firstly dont get me wrong the hotel and staff are broadly fantastic. I stayed for 4 days in September and thought the general lay out cleanliness and service from the Staff was first rate. The facilities and the Brazilian restaurant were very good. The main Buffet food is fairly average however. My main complaint is that on the final day I had bacon for breakfast which tasted terrible. I'd swallowed a small portion and spat the rest out. 5 minutes later in my room Id been badly sick. Checking out a few hours later I mentioned this to the receptionist. First response was where did you eat last night. I ate at the hotel. "well sorry sir if you'd said something to the chef at the time we may have been able to help". If I'd said something to the chef at the time Id have been sick on his feet! I wouldn't have written this but for then spending the next two weeks on leave with the worst bout of bad guts I've ever had. I'm still recovering. This was the only occasion where my colleagues and I differed in our eating as they don't eat pork. So the one breakfast ruined what little vacation time I do get with my family following the business trip. Additional comments, the pool is stunning. The steam room and sauna are great too. Gym is a bit too basic and small for any serious work out. Not a criticism of the hotel but generally you cant walk anywhere from the Crowne, you will need a Taxi or risk crossing some crazy roads.
"Decent Hotel - but not cheap !"
So plus points: Very clean, big rooms, great staff, well cooked food, airport transfers, wifi reasonable (the free one) , plugs suit all, central for Gurgaon travel Minus: Bar and Brazilian restaurant VERY expensive, a bottle of Indian Sula white wine £37 (3100Rps) , anything else much more expensive, the set menu in Wildfire was over £50 a head. The Taxi's into the office or into Delhi also VERY expensive , download UBER - its so much cheaper e.g. 2500rps for hotel taxi, 250Rps for an Uber to same destination in Delhi The pool was nice, though attracts a lot of pigeons in the morning who also enjoy a bath ! the Spa was great, treatments exceptional and similar prices to UK but better quality / experience. The souvenir shop is actually quite good value, they don't stick the arm in (as they know you will just go elsewhere), so good for last minute gifts. Overall I like the CP, you always feel safe, and clean, bug free, fab staff - just download the Uber App and eat at the big mall out the back for dinner a couple of nights to the keep the costs down.
