You don't expect tasty food in an 5 star hotel However this plsce is an exception. Lavish buffet with taste is what I got. Specially the murg tikka and desserts variety. Specially the fruit cake was a delicay to relish on.

Believe me Stay and find the tastiest food 🥘 on planet 🌍.Great dining 🍽 facility and attendant like Mr.Rohit Rana at the place will serve you 🍱happiness. Cleanliness 👌✅✅✅✅✅. Room service, Front Desk ❇️❇️❇️❇️❇️. I don't have words to define but it's really a great place to stay. And We found one man behind all these is Mr. Aditya Bidani with efficient team management skills and vast experience of this industry. I would like to say simple man with great dedication. We are a company working with Delhi Metro on Pollution control based in Okhla. Our engineers are frequently visiting india for the same and we had tied up with Vivanta Gurgaon and The Park. They were far from our office and therefore when we were contacted by the sales team of Crown Plaze , Okhla , we were happy to start a collaboration for stay. Immideately, we confirmed a booking for one of our guest and for guaranteeing the payment , the Sales person was adamant on credit card to confirm the booking. I told him that we can provide a letter on company letter head which we have done to other hotel chains we tied up with. On his refusal, i provided my personal credit card . When the card was charged, i was shocked to see airport drop in the invoice cause it was agreed as part of the package. On my complaint in Nov 5th 2016, the hotel assigned the same sales person Mr Niket to understand the problem. In the past 2 months even after agreeing to refund the excess charged amount , the sales person calls me and says that only one way transfer was agreed . I have shared his mails so many times and requested him to check his mail which he sent me. He agrees to my view and again after 15 days he starts the discussion all over again. He states that the mail he sent to the reservation , by mistake he wrote one way transfer and is ready to compensate by offering meal etc. I believe an employee who does not believe in accepting mistakes is actually not helping the brand and the hotel management is backing him . I recommend every guest who stay in crown plaza to check their invoices . Cause if you are wrongly charged no refunds will be granted. This attitude is dampening the guest hotel trust and a huge trust deficit is been created.
